Loved my stuff ! Fast shipping !

I bought a horseshoe ring. It looks pretty in photos and videos, but what they don't tell you is you'll never get the end back on, so goid luck getting to wear it!! You can buy their "ball grabber" tool, but its COMPLETELY useless. I ha e yet to come across another customer who was able to get the end back on the horseshoe ring. Highly disappointed.

The nose ring I ordered was L shaped and it was super short! It didn’t go all the way in my nose. First time ordering maybe the size was wrong I don’t know! But the rings were cute

They ended up sending my earrings in stead of a tongue ring. I reached out and they sent me the correct ring piercing. Said I could keep the earrings. The tongue ring is HEAVY and on the bigger side. I also got some curly belly button piercings that are.... confusing. Maybe its just me but they dont fit right. One of the threads is messed up too so it doesnt tighten down. With those 2-3 mistakes/issues ill give them a 3. Not sure if ill buy again.

They announce free delivery, but hide the costs for international shipping. After pay, the price changed higuer, but only once clicked on pay. Full on scam.

The shipping was slow. I bought the double titanium horseshoe item. Trying to put it in the first time, the threaded post broke off the stone. I also purchased the device to place the stone. That definitely doesn't make it any easier. Save your money!

The company itself it’s okay
One of the host on the lives are lowkey racist and unprofessional when it comes to selling jewelry then they mute members for having an opinion and being honest about the products.

Ordered a set of gauges, the items were marked as delivered but they were not delivered to my home, I contacted the post office and I was told to contact the supplier in which I did. I have been getting the run around from bodycandy from the beginning… “someone will be emailing you today about your issue” in which it doesn’t happen. So I email them back and they reply with “they will be emailing you by the end of the day” and again that doesn’t happen. If you order from them good luck as resolving any issues you may have because once you tell them there’s an issue with the order the run around will begin.

So I gave them a 2. this is why Customer service is VERY important. They are not good at it. I purchased two seperate orders because I saw something else I wanted and bought the same things again adding the new item thinking I could cancel. Unfortunately, after I purchased it I reached out to customer service and they said I can't cancel once i hit submit. So, then he says but you can return it for store credit. WEll that only helps me if I intend to buy from them again. Then I spoke to another agent and guess what? I have to pay for the return shipping as well. So now i'm stuck with 4 of the exact same nose ring! I will not be ordering from them again and I'm warning everyone else not to either. I don't care how good some product is... if you suck at basic customer service you lost my business. Clearly you don't stand by your products. SHAME!

3 sided rhinestone nose ring isn’t very sparkly like I hoped.

The u-shape nose ring is pretty but doesn’t sit right in my nose and looks like a sparkly booger.

The ball grabber is ok, but it’s so short that it makes it hard to use. It IS better then trying to do it by hand though

This nose ring doesn’t fit at all.
