I purchased the Advantage Program- (lifetime replacement) for my Galaxy S6 Active...only to find out they no longer carry the screen protector for my phone ...what an over-priced rip-off!

I guess I’ll hop on the boat of negative feed back. One I also purchased this over priced screen protector from At&T.. these things crack like nothing clearly it’s refurbished rubbish that’s why they want it back. In one week I’ve gone through two that’s when I realized that’s my last time doing warranty, Two I’ve sent back the replacement before 60 days & I have my USPS receipt and yet I’m being charged full price. I don’t get that at all I definitely need my refund. Already made a ticket too. ( let’s get a move on it Support@bodyguardz)

Suddenly our CC was charged full price, even thought we dropped the broken replacement protector on receiving the replacement.

Two protectors and I’m done. First one I paid $45 at the AT&T store when I got my new phone (that was my bad.. I knew better but was just lazy)..Cracked in 24 hours even though I treated my phone like precious antique crystal. Replacement shipped at $7.. cracked in less than a week. Again.. no drops, bumps, nothing. This company is straight up fraudulent. Someone needs sue these thieves.

Worst screen protector I’ve ever had. Broke same day in my pocket. This is my 3rd one in 2 months. I think they have some kind of side hustle with usps

Total scam. Purchased for 40$ at at&t and it did not protect my phone from a 3-4 foot fall from my nightstand to the ground. Found out that my phone was the one that sustained an injury and not the protector days after I ordered a new one, which, BTW had to pay 10$ for shipping and if you don't send the damaged product back within 60 days, you are charged full price. At&t offered me no refund. Totally out the money and now I have to go replace my phone screen. Thanks bodyguardz.

WORSE customer service. Need a replacement? 1. You return the old item and they don't let you know. Not even let you know when you sign in in your account. 2. Treat you like you are wasting their time. 3. I opened two tickets online and no responses.
SCAM: the screen protectors after the 30 days start separating and of course you can not have you money back.
I gave them one star because they don't have zero stars.
Check for yourself: more than 67% negative comments.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money. I’ve gotten $5 screen protectors on amazon that have easily lasted 6mo to a year, and so far I’ve gone through two of these Body Guard screen protectors in a less than month from simple drops, nothing crazy. So stupid. Such a waste.

I bought this overpriced ($40) screen protector from AT&T with the promise of free lifetime replacements if broken. Ist one in store...after that online. I went in the store...no luck... have to go online. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ANOTHER $9.95 for "shipping". HUGE SCAM!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!! (They just had a answer to reach out to support for help but I already tried this. I was on the phone for nearly an hour. Even talked to a pompous ass of a manager with no resolution. Again...don't fall for this scam!!!
UPDATE: Maddie approved sending the replacement out at no extra cost, this one time. After this, I still would need to pay $10 for "shipping". I still would not recommend this company as this was such a huge hassle and a big waste of my time. I got a follow up email basically saying how generous they were to me, but they would not authorize this again if we have further problems. Ridiculous. These were supposed to be free replacements for a lifetime. They did me no favors, but just did what they should have done in the first place.

My phone has been dropped badly 3 times now and it’s cracked the screen twice. Body guardz screen protector has saved my phone from being cracked twice now. Excellent product and protects my phone extremely well.

I have used the product for at least 7 years, but I have to be honest. You must have patience you decide to use them.

I received “item shipped” notice within 24 hours and when I tracked it, it took 1 week for the tracking service to receive the package. That means Bodyguardz sat on it for a week!

They need to stop using whatever mail service you have. There is no reason ANYONE should have to wait 11 days to receive ANY package! Does your warranty cover phone glass breakage while you wait 9 days too long for something the size of an envelope?

if i could rate 0 stars i would.. my brother bought me my first screen protector here since i had just got a new phone, my phone is NEVER in my pocket,purse or anywhere it can get damaged. yet the screen protector cracked? okay whatever, i ordered a new one since it had a warranty.. paid $8 in shipping.. just for it to break again.. yeah no, i never ordered from this company again yet months later they charge my card for $47.88? wt... save your money and order your protectors off amazon :)

Overrated,too much money for what you can get for less money’screen brakes easily ,the good thing is you get a lifetime garuntee but they want the old back and when you send it they claim it didn’t come so they will charge you ,(I emailed Maddie but not much help)

The screen protectors are terrible quality. I’ve had my new iPhone 11 for one month & I've already had two screen protectors break. For $45 that’s ridiculous. Neither times involved my phone being dropped. The lifetime warranty shipping fees are around $7 which is not ideal if I’m buying 2-3 protectors per month. This is ripoff and a waste of money.

I like the product and the warranty replacement is ok...BUT no return postage on the return envelope is the biggest pain in the backside. For this reason only, I will not buy their product again. Instead of putting the return envelope back into my mailbox, I have to find my way to the post office just to buy stamps. STAMPS? Who buys stamps anymore? I have no other need for stamps than to send my Bodyguardz back.

For goodness sake, add the postage into the shipping fee during the warranty replacement.

Overpriced screen protectors. Paid $45 for one protector with “lifetime guarantee”... they charge $8.49 to send you a new one. (Mine cracked like 2 weeks later) Instead I paid $8.99 on amazon for three covers that work great! I suggest don’t purchase bodyguardz case.

I've gone through maybe 5 or 6 screen protectors - they last for a month or so then an edge cracks/spiderwebs across it. Never dropped the phone just cheap plastic...

They are out of stock for a warranty replacement, but they are happy to sell you the same product.
There is a chat button on the site but it doesn’t work.
No phone customer service.
They promise to reply to email in “24 - 48 business hours”.
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH BODY GUARDZ.

I accidentally left my phone on my bf’s roof today and he drove off and my phone got run over by at LEAST one car. It was like it never happened bc of the Body Gaurdz case and screen protector!! I thought i was surely F****d. I had gotten this phone only a few weeks ago so I am especially grateful and relieved!!

Have been a costumer for years product is great customer service stinks,
After multiple emails attempts to the company and many calls but nobody answers the phone, They never replied to my email, all I received was the warning email that they never received my old screen protector, and now I was charged for it 2 months later. They have lost my trust.
