FIRST CHOICE & VERY GLAD I DID FIND YOU.

As a mature woman in my late 60s and recently retired, I wanted to enjoy my senior years, I sort to consult with a health and lifestyle specialist to help me understand how I could enjoy a full life in the best of health.

Oh, what a pleasure it was to walk into BodyWell. I was greeted by professional staff who were able to help me with my first appointment. The doctor and chiropractor who I consulted with was most helpful and explained everything clearly.

Having osteoporosis, it reassured me that they did x-rays and nerve scans before starting treatment. That was over 4 months ago. Initially I had spinal adjustments regularly for nearly 4 weeks and could now walk without pain and my stick. I then continued with a strengthening phase, which has improved my balance and fitness. Incredibly I now have feeling in my legs and can sleep all night too!

What a difference. I look forward to continuing with the advice and enjoying full mobility and independence. Thank you BodyWell.

I led a very active lifestyle before having back problems, then spent a year going to physio with no progress. When I went to bodywell they diagnosed me and came up with a treatment plan very quickly. I especially appreciate the quantitative tests they do (such as x-rays and nerve scans) so you can really see you injury and what progress you’re making. It’s obviously costly and healing takes time and commitment but 6 months in my backs so much better than it was!

After many visits to hospital and phone calls to my GP who just prescribed medication. I had an offer come up on my Facebook page for Body-well. I rang them, after all what had I to lose, I was in so much pain, I could barely walk, lost so much time off of work, and through lockdown put on over 2 stone in weight because I was just sitting in the most comfortable position so was not moving about and eating the wrong things. I was sceptical to say the least. I have been attending the clinic for a few months and to be honest I feel like a new women, I can move about more, I feel like someone has actually listened to me, I have adjustments and deep tissue massages (which I may add are amazing) I have spoken with a nutritionist who gave me some really helpful information and have now lost a stone in weight. To be honest I could go on and on about this place, it has been my saviour, the staff have been most friendly and helpful. Dr Christian has listened and given valuable advice. I would recommend wholeheartedly, it has put me on the road to recovery, I still have a way to go but, I am getting there. Don’t hesitate to book if you are in pain, it’s not the most cheapest of places, but you cannot put a price on good health. I feel so so much better since finding this amazing place 😊 Cannot thank them enough, all of the staff. Thank you.

I'm a qualified dentist and was having constant back pain that stopped me from working a full day. I suffered with nasty migraine headaches and wasn't sleeping well at all. Ever since my first treatment ("spinal adjustment") I slept through my alarm. I now have to set my alarm! Back pain is far less and migraines less severe and less frequent. The changes have been incredible. As a health care provider, I would recommend BodyWell to anyone who is seeking a healthier life. The Centre is easy to get to and is fully equipped with everything you need, the staff are friendly and efficient in their work and the doctors, chiropractors and other specialists are excellent.

Had a fantastic deep tissue session with Harry, unlike any massage I've ever had before. If you have any muscle related issue, I urge you to pay these guys a visit. Over 2 sessions he's managed to make my constant shoulder pain into a dull ache every now and then. Due to have more sessions once the coronavirus issue is solved, but very much looking forward to my next session to get even more improvements. Thanks Harry.

I have been receiving treatment since mid February and I can already see many health improvements. I had headaches a lot and low energy. After talking to Dr.Christian and his amazing team, I already feel way better, I can work better & my headaches are reduced to once every two weeks. They have super helpful, friendly and kind staff who are really knowledgeable. They all care about your health and help you in every possible way.

I have been attending Bodywell since December 2019. The service is brilliant, all staff are so friendly and helpful. I originally went for a deep tissue massage to help me relax as I suffered with stress causing pain in my neck, back and shoulders. The health check identified the issues I had with my spine which were causing the pain and contributed to me having difficulty sleeping. Since I started my treatment I am now in less pain and sleep better. The xrays and nerve scans taken have ensured that the treatment is directly targeted at the areas that need treatment. I would recommend attending Bodywell as it has not only helped me be pain free but has helped me take a fresh look at my life style and has given me the motivation to make some changes to my diet, level of exercise and general well-being. I have been going to Bodywell for a couple of months and have found everyone involved very professional and extremely helpful at all times. For the first time in over 20 years I am virtually free from pain in my back. I have undertaken a course of adjustments, deep tissue massages and stretching exercises. I sleep better and have acquired a new outlook on my general health requirements including, diet exercise and general requirements to begin the process to improved well being. I recommend them to anyone with or without current problems.

BodyWell provides excellent service and care for their clients. My son and I have noticed a vast improvement in our health since we started and we have Dr Christian and his wonderful team to thank for this. You definitely feel valued at BodyWell.

WATCH THIS SPACE. I spend over 12 hours a day sitting and have been living a sedentary lifestyle for far too long. Weight gain, poor flexibility and fitness non-existent. My career has been soaring, but my health dying............ I was recommended by my GP to go and see his dear friends Dr. Christian and Dr. Tracy at the BodyWell Group.

I have been attending regular visits for the past 3 weeks and the difference has been remarkable. I was never expecting any miracles or quick fix results. HOWEVER, the constant back pain that was waking me at night and causing me to move like someone twice my age in the morning, until "those joints warmed up", has all dissipated.

I sleep far better and my balance, which was becoming a real issue has improved too. I never realised the vital connection between my spine and brain and nervous system. It seems obvious when you have experts like Dr. Christian and Dr. Tracy show you how. They have spent time helping me understand and most incredibly, turn my life around.

I thank the BodyWell group for being such a good help through my whole pregnancy. At the beginning of my pregnancy I suffered with terrible sciatica and restless leg syndrome. After attending the practice for 2 and a half months I was sleeping easily again.
