They sent us the wrong items and there is no reply from their customer service
Do not buy from this company!

Terrible customer service response. Do they actually have a Customer Service Department ? Have e-mailed them several times using their own e-mail reply form, only to have the e-mail returned as "not valid address".
Having first written to me, they now seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. Beware any companyu that doesn't give out a phone contact number.
Will not use this compmay again and would advise others to steer clear of buying from them.

Very disappointed with this secretive company. Was able to track the package and received in good time, but the operating instructions supplied are useless and the app not much better. When I emailed the supplier for help there was no response on two occasions. If you leave anything less than 5* reviews on their website it’s not printed! Avoid in my opinion.

Product never turned up. Gor a call to say they didn't have all of it but they had some. Didn't get refund. Not even the 1 bottle they had
