Lovely jewellery, I keep buying as gifts and adding to my own collection. Not taken them off since buying first bracelet a few months ago.
Great customer service too.

My husband has recently bought some bracelets for Christmas and my birthday! They are gorgeous and so wearable for everyday and special occasions! A lovely family run business and nothing is too much trouble! Will definitely be returning for more. Thankyou for all your help in choosing my jewelry 😊❤️

I recently bought two bracelets from Betty Boho & despite a delivery issue, which was not any fault of her own, Betty looked after me so well, and ensured I got what I had ordered.
Excellent service and wonderful products.

I buy from this company alot the items are always lovely and well made, delivery is quick. You only know how good a company is when you have a complaint. Well this company is outstanding mailed after 11pm by 9am I had an email rectifying the problem, but the afternoon an email advising of delivery. Outstanding I thought this kind of customer service was gone forever. This kind of service makes you a loyal customer. 🤩

Stumbled across a Boho Betty advert and immediately thought of 2 people who’d love them, and they do! Gorgeous bracelets, beautifully presented in gift boxes and a great price point. Just ordered a couple more for my daughter’s birthday.

I was initially impressed with the fast delivery—my order arrived the very next day. However, one item was missing from the package, and that’s where the disappointment began. I’ve sent three emails to Boho-Betty’s customer service and haven’t received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the issue is straightforward. I expected better communication and accountability. Sadly, this experience has left me very disappointed.

I purchased a braided bracelet for a gift but after opening it I've decided to keep it and order another, the quality is absolutely amazing.. ive bought links of London bracelets in the past and these are in my opinion more beautiful 😍

Absolutely gorgeous pieces (I ordered some braided bracelets). I had a issue with the slider on one of the bracelets and so emailed for some tips to keep it in place. They responded immediately saying this wasn't correct and would send me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

bought requested bracelet for friends birthday and bought necklace and earrings too. They look very delicate and not my cup of tea, imo expensive for what they are,

I just discovered the bracelets especially the wrap around.
You can buy several completely different styles like all gold plus a turquoise one aswell as what you enjoy

I have just received my first order. Great service and the friendship bracelets are all lovely. Beautifully presented. Bought as gifts but might have to reorder for myself. Will buy again without doubt.

Unfortunately the bracelet I bought wasn’t great quality for the price and I had to tie it so I don’t lose it, I was offered a refund because they didn’t have one to replace it and then I would have had to have a different colour which I didn’t want so refused it. I think for the price it should be better quality

I ordered a lovely link bracelet and some other bracelets which all arrived beautifully gift wrapped. Unfortunately the link bracelet lost a link when I took it off and BB immediately replaced it - no questions asked. Excellent service and good to see! Phillipa Graham

Brilliant service all round - the items were despatched really quickly and the bracelets I ordered are just what I wanted for my daughter and so delicate and pretty. Royal Mail managed to lose the first order and Betty was brilliant, so helpful and prompt in resolving a problem not of her making! . Will definitely use them again.

I’ve bought a lovely collection from Boho Berry and the service and quality is always excellent! I asked for vouchers for my birthday from friends and I just put in the order, which was amazing value with a 4 for 3 offer. The delivery is so quick- literally a couple of days- and everything is packaged so beautifully. The quality is fabulous and everything is finished to a really high standard. I got a gorgeous labradorite bracelet and necklace, a gold chain and a gold pendant and I know I’m going to be wearing them all the time! Absolutely love this company!

I wanted some aquamarine jewellery and came across this site. Within no time I had found a beautiful bracelet and some lovely earrings to go with it.
The website was easy to use and offered 10% off for first time buyers so this a little bonus.
I placed the order on Sunday and received Tuesday, so super fast delivery. The items looked even better than the pictures when I tried them on. Also the packing, branded pouches, tissue paper and little info cards were beautiful along with the added little item in the box. Shall definitely be buying for you again. Stunning products for a great price 🙂
