I love my bracelets! I had great customer service from Koss. One of my bracelets broke at the knot soon after I received it. The bracelets were a Christmas gift from my son and his girlfriend so they were pretty special. I contacted Koss and worked out a solution. Of course, I then ordered a couple more bracelets!

Really nice website which adequately shows the beautiful colours of the products. I bought some of the bracelets and am so glad that they came in two sizes as I have very narrow wrists. The prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend

When i saw an advert for these beaded bracelets, i knew that i MUST make an order! I have four collections of these truly gorgeous bracelets. I am so amazed at the beauty of these little beads and the variety of colours is just WONDEREFUL ! Each bracelet fits perfectly, and i can mix the colours to create my own set!! Thank you Koss Design and to all those who create and string these stunning beaded bracelets. - A big thank you also for all those ' behind the desk', so to speak, for all your hard work and dedication . One of the four bracelets that I purchased for some reason had a break in one of the elastic bands. I emailed the company that night with a photograph and by 4am the next morning they had let me know that they were sending a replacement. These are lovely bracelets, very unique and classy. Awesome customer service also. Just received the replacement via FEDEX. They are so nice that I purchased some as a gift for my daughter. So classy-well worth the price.

J’ai acheté 2 parures de bracelets, les couleurs sont éclatantes (tout à fait conformes aux photos du site internet) et ils sont si légers qu’on oublie qu’on les porte. La commande a été reçue rapidement . J’ai eu à retourner une des parures (commandée dans la mauvaise taille) et le processus a été un peu difficile (la poste canadienne me disant qu’il manquait d’informations pour faire un retour avec suivi),mais le service à la clientèle a été très coopératif et a trouvé les solutions adéquates aux problèmes soulevés. Je porte maintenant avec bonheur mes 2 parures et je n’hésiterais pas à en commander d’autres. Si votre entreprise prend de l’expansion, il serait agréable que les retours puissent se faire à une adresse située au Canada.

I am so happy to have received my bracelets without delay, and I really love them; the Sun Set & Luna Set. They are beautiful worn as a set, individually or stacked. I was delightfully surprised that the Sun set complements my watch. Both the Luna and Sun sets, when worn with my gold vintage bracelets, are just so pretty! The quality shows they are made with genuine Japanese Miyuki beads.

The bracelets are beautiful and practical, and the color combinations fit any wardrobe. The design is unique and I love wearing them. I'll have to order the "L" size next time because the "S" is too snug.
