Frequento questo negozio da 25 anni, sempre estremamente soddisfatto. Vedo che ogni tanto qualcuno si lamenta della "poca cortesia", e credo che il motivo sia facilmente spiegabile: il signor Bollito e i due figli sono persone molto riservate, di natura non espansive. Il che però non vuol dire che non siano persone gentilissime, anzi: con me sono sempre stati di una disponibilità estrema (sin da quando ero un 25 enne inesperto di pipe e tabacchi), e le rarissime volte che c'è stato un problema (non dovuto a loro, ma ad articoli difettosi a causa del produttore) si sono fatti in quattro per risolvere la situazione. E se poi si prende la pazienza di conoscerli più a fondo, si diventa "di famiglia". Ribadisco: un negozio così è una cosa più unica che rara. Andateci di persona, non limitatevi all'acquisto online. Troverete un mondo di cultura, di storia, di gentilezza. Ci si trova TUTTO (ogni tabacco a listino, ce l'hanno), con un modo di fare di altri tempi.

Ho trovato precisione, velocità di spedizione, e in occasione di un malinteso, mi hanno rimborsato rapidamente porgendomi sentite scuse e rammarico per l'inconveniente.
Le pipe rodate, poi, sono una grande opportunità, ripristinate con competenza in condizioni pari al nuovo.
A mio avviso sono grandi professionisti....

Se ci fosse stata possibilità avrei messo -1 , oltre a cambiare ordine per farsi da ragione, si permettono di dire a chi compra maleducati , perché l’oggetto che ho comprato non corrisponde a quello arrivato e ho voluto un cambio, oltre a quello minacciano con degli avvocati per farsi spaventosi quando non lo sono, per niente soddisfatto, oltre tutto oggetto arrivato non funzionante

I bought a Savinelli pipe that resulted to be faulty. In April 2023, I ask them for assistance. After several emails and zero assistance, 7 months later I can only rate them as a dishonest business. Shame.

The goods available on the Bollitto site are unequivocally luxurious. And their command of the English language, used throughout, is perfect - for Americans. Unfortunately I am merely English, so you will have to take that particular item on trust.

As for the customer satisfaction - after you have had the superior website experience; Bollitto's relationship with the carrier was always going to be better than with a customer, after all a customer is a one-off whereas a carrier is for life. And so this is a kind of cautionary tale.

Perhaps this review is more about the express nature of the carrier than its devoted partner in pipery and delivery shenanigans who are merely fulfilling their duties in mutual trust. Who needs repeat customers, really?

When you have to pay UK VAT on top of tax-free bill that says otherwise in an overall wonderfully enigmatic way, that only a truly express carrier could adore, you really want to enjoy Italian customer support finger-pointing (you would be directed to Italian support for extra import duty, it being an Italian origin, right?) and shoulder-shrugging followed by several conversations with other lackeys, so that most of your Friday is taken up with incendiary nonsense and time-wasting.

This is all before you get the additional financial punishment for purchasing outside of your home country. I hope this gives non-EU residents who defy the Napoleonic communist federation of the European Union sufficient warning about where to source their luxury knives.
