I wanted to downsize from my Yamaha C1 grand and also to have a silent option, due to a house move. David at Bonners in Reigate was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We recently visited the Eastbourne store and bought a Yamaha CK88 stage keyboard (our second piano from Bonners) and are delighted with it.
The excellent Bonners staff were so knowledgeable and were happy to demonstrate the performance and features of keyboards from their large in-store range. At purchase, the various payment options were made very clear to us, so we were able to buy with comfort and assurance.
After sales service has also been fine. It's a shame we don't buy pianos on a more regular basis, as this is such a good company and good people to know.
