Bonsai Direct Provide Great Products, And A Fantastic Service
Had a great experience with Bonsai Direct! Plenty of choice and gift options on their website. Bought my mother a Chinese Elm with the little 'Thank You' sign which hangs off the branch, and she's over the moon with it! Also came with some pruning scissors and some Bonsai food. Also treated myself to a Tree Of A Thousand Stars! Both Bonsai trees arrived really quickly, and extremely well packaged. Both look really healthy, and have great shapes. Plenty of advice on their website to help beginners such as myself. All in all, a great experience, and when I decide to buy more, I'll be straight back!

Picked the Bonsai I loved
Picked the Bonsai I loved, fact sheet that comes with the tree has lots of useful information on it. Ordered on the 30th May and my little beauty was delivered on the 2nd of June and was well extremely well packaged. I love Bonsai direct and this is my 3rd purchase from them.

I bought a bonsai starter kit as a gift…
I bought a bonsai starter kit as a gift for my neighbour to thank her for all her help with choosing flowers for our front garden. She absolutely loved it! The kit arrived very quickly, was beautifully packaged, and looked great on arrival. I also contacted customer services about a small technical issue and received excellent support. A wonderful product backed by fantastic service, would highly recommended.

My bonsai journey
Recently began my bonsai journey and needed a wiring kit. This starter kit is just what I was after. It arrived in good time and communication re delivery times was spot on. I’ve not used it yet but I’m looking forward to giving it a go using the helpful guide that came with it.
