I was very happy with the online system, it works really well and easy to book as well as when i send a query afterwards i got a response fairly quickly answering my question.
Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is my boss always says there is always room for improvement no matter how good someone or something is :-)

You can speak to a human!
I have now only been using Flight Centre above other online travel agents because I can speak to a human if I have a problem and I get good prices.

Best flight price at the time we were looking to book. Had a hiccup with the payments online, but phoned the next day to follow up. 3 minutes after the call I received my confirmation.👌🏻

Your web site is not user friendly
Your web site is not user friendly. Gives wrong info. Once booking is made i strugled more tha 24 hr to get hold of some body to assist. When i finaly got some one he said he will cancel the booking so i can do it over. Really??? After all that no help.
It makes me worry if i have made the mistake of booking trough you and i have car problems on tbe road. There is certainly no way of getting hold of help.
Realy dissapointed as i work in a lodge. I know how important guest satisfaction is.
