Purchased a ticket
Purchased a ticket, flight was moved, then Comair said flight centre can refund and flight centre said they can't. (Shifting the blame on each other, neglecting the customer )
Booked this flight last night, this morning I heard there are no 4pm flight for tomorrow although all was confirmed online.
Phoned the helpline online but for some reason the number supplied are not answered by online support, still waiting on my callback.
I am traveling 3 days every second week, alternating weekends in between as well, was happy to book through flightcentre however I will never do this again. Booking direct us saver, No-one that neglect customers.
Paarl flight centre - Tina- did try and assist and went over and beyond, but ultimately no options.
Why show flights if there are none? Why take payment under false pretenses? If you align with an airline, surely flights don't just disappear? I understand late- but not this.

The airline’s remarks, however, indicate the traveller was deemed as unfit to travel and was therefore not allowed to board. The options available as a result have been offered to you directly. I am happy with the overall experience it was easy and straight forward to purchase my ticket. The only error I did is that I didn't see the option to book seats since I will be traveling with my kids and it would be nice if we sit together. Hope it won't be a hassle on the day.
