I bought a ticket in 2020. Could cancel my flight in 2021 and had a lot of assistance. But 2022, I can't get any assistance. From email to local office. I bought another ticket so that I can fly. Still waiting to get my refund of the 2020 ticket.

I have a credit with you from my last…
I have a credit with you from my last booking in December which was cancelled due to Corona restriction in Germany and the flight could not leave. After waiting till February to get my money back I was told I can just contact you and make another booking using my credit. I had to make a booking last week and sent you all the new flight details. I never heard back from you.
So I had to pay again for the flight at a much higher cost due to me having to wait for your response. I still have had no response from you and you still have my money from the previous booking.
So thanks very much for messing me around so much and keeping my money

Flight center is the best
Flight center is the best. Everything is accurate and I like the fact that there were no additional costs at the bookings and everything is price inclusive. Simple as that. The staff is very helpful. I had to inquire about the unaccompanied minor traveling. The travel expect contacted the airline direct to get that information for me instead of telling me to contact the airline like a previous agents. Im really grateful and will surely recommend to my friends and family.
