If i could give a minus ten stars i would. The food taste that bad. It tastes like it is rancid. If you call that healthy then cool. I will skip it. Can I get my money back for 4 boxes?

Beware Born Online.
I purchased instore in the past and made the mistake of suggesting a Born voucher as a present. We (naturally) assumed the online store would reflect in-store product There's effectively NOTHING for MEN there, so I've a voucher now I can't spend, as it can't be used instore. An absolute rip-off. Be warned

I recently ordered some leggings from the company but due to the quality needed to send them back. Unfortunately I have encountered multiple problems sending them back and have spent money on postage which the company have told me they can’t reimburse.
I really wouldn’t recommend the company due to poor quality and very poor customer service. Thanks

My daughter in law loves the product. It was a very easy user friendly site to order from. Took a little longer than expected, however for the product to arrive. But even taking that into account, would use this site again.

I have been searching for a replacement part for a old style tripp trapp high chair, which was in perfect working order but needed this one part. I was thrilled to find it finally and it arrived quickly and is perfect. Its brought back to life a superb high chair for my baby who can now join us at the family table. Great service, thank you.

Born were the only company I could find with 10% off Stokke items. They were by far the cheapest and they delivered quickly. There were no issues and I had emails all the way through to keep me updated. I would definitely use them again. Thank you :-)

Ordered a Beco Gemini from the Born website. The website was easy to use and the product arrived within a couple of days- unbelievably quick. There was a lovely handwritten card in with the order and a money off voucher which means I will definately be shopping with Born again. Product is lovely I can't wait to get to use it when our baby arrives in April! Many thanks guys.

I ended up with several issues with my latest order - firstly the parcel got lost by the courier company; secondly one of the items had been taken out of the box by the courier company and thirdly there was a small manufacturing defect with the other item. The staff at Born were keen to get it all resolved - raising a claim with the courier company (they eventually found it); dispatching the missing item immediately and liaising with the manufacturer of the other item who offered an exchange (although we manage to fix ourselves). Sometimes the true test of how a company performs is the way it handles issues and I am completely satisfied that the staff here genuinely try and resolve them to the best of their abilities.

Good online experience, easy to use website. I had to contact the team to change my address details and they responded quickly and assured me all was sorted. My delivery came on time, to the right address, and packaged nicely.
