One word, excellent

I am very pleased with my recent purchase experience. Item was at a very good price, useful information and updates about the delivery were provided and it was even delivered earlier than expected. Due to a reasonable spend free delivery was also an added bonus. I'm a very happy customer and can't wait to use my ergobaby carrier when my little one arrives. I would definitely purchase more items from here in the near future and recommend the company to others.

My daughter researched baby products and had chosen the Snuzpod as she could not find one she preferred in the the US. Nest we needed to find bedding for the cot and found your website - she was worried ordering from abroad might be a hassle but could not have been easier. Our items arrived quickly and are lovely.

Very impressed with customer service - took a lot of time over phone discussing product. Offered assistance after purchase also. Arrived v quick first class post & I like to support good independent shops.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, they are very good quality and will last, sadly they were too big for her tiny feet but will keep them anyway.

Kept me up to date with exactly where my order was up to, the product was out of stock everywhere and my daughter had asked for this for Christmas so thank you for getting it to us before Christmas and lovely presentation!

As announced, I had to wait for 6 week to get my order. No surprise but can be annoying if you really need it asap.

I bought a Bugaboo seven years ago when grandkid one showed up. Number three arrived on 30th November 2015 and the poor old Bugaboo needed new cot supports (wrecked by grandkid two) and a shopping bag to smarten up. It was not an overnight job but Born found them for me. Katie was my contact there and she was great!

So I had to wait over a month for my order to arrive, and to add insult to elongated injury they sent me a discount card as a sorry, which was £5 of £50...£10 off £100 etc, for my next order, in zero way would I ever buy from them again.

Thoroughly recommend Born -bought a Ergobaby 360* baby carrier sling . An excellent price in bundle offer.Emailed and spoke with Katie at Born shop in Bristol went out of her way to get us one quickly -excellent service and product just what my daughter needed, brilliant for baby she loves it.and very comfortable no back ache.. Picked up from shop and very helpful,Will definitely use again. Delighted thank you!
