Ordered a christening present for our granddaughter. Arrived on the day agreed and in perfect condition with the correct personalisation.

I was looking for a gift that I could give to my sister as she recently lost her dog unexpectedly. I had looked elsewhere but found nothing suitable then I saw your Personalised Pet Photo Memorial gifts & uploaded a picture of her beloved dog. Although I couldn’t review the finished product I was a little apprehensive as to how it would look but my sister has just received it & is in floods of tears (happy tears). Large Personalised Glass Pet Photo Memorial Keepsake Block. I absolutely love this thank you so much my friend will really appreciate it as she’s just lost her Border Terrier after 13 years, he was a faithful and loyal companion to the end and he’ll be sadly missed. Very slow delivery which was disappointing
I suspect item are shipped from oversea’s I.e China once arrived in U.K. this company then ships out from U.K.
if I had known this prior to ordering I wouldn’t of bothered as I need a memorial gift for a death it arrived two weeks later
I actually felt embarrassed and ashamed
On the website gave a few days turn around
The item itself was very nice when it eventually arrived
The was no date on postage label your reply regarding RMail taking a long time to deliver can not be proven
As soon as I opened a paypal dispute the item arrived two days later

I ordered a personalised glass pet photo memorial on Monday evening and it arrived safe and sound on Wednesday morning. I was very pleased with the token. It is very substantial and is even better than the photo on the website. It came in a mesh gift bag and is a lovely memorial for my friend who lost her beloved dog.

Just one suggestion .. it would have been helpful if there was a preview option on the website to check before ordering.
