I ordered two items to be posted to our Granddaughter each being sent from different suppliers, both arrived within 4 days of ordering (would have been less had it not been over a weekend). Excellent service and prompt reply when contacting Born Gifted. Highly recommend and will use again, many thanks

Purchased baby birth plate recently and was very pleased that it was identical to the plates I had purchased back in the 80's and 90's for my children. Now at least my grandchildren have matching plates to their parents.
Great detail and very well packaged.

Had an issue with my item and Jim was apologetic and very quick to send me a replacement item with fast delivery! Great customer service.

My bauble arrived this morning and it is lovely . It is a good quality bauble and marks our grandson’s 1st Christmas in 2020 and will have pride of place on our Christmas tree for many years to come

Made two purchases on the 6th of December 2020 and based on the website, it said gifts would normally arrive 5 days afterwards. I understand the current circumstances that we are in currently but I cannot understand why it was not dispatched until the 20th of December 2020.

At the end both of the product never arrived （including one of it BornGifted claimed it's been delivered with tracking record) and BornGifted insist partial refund only.

If the gift that I had purchased was sent out earlier, I'm sure this would have arrived on time but this does not seem to be the case.

Therefore, I cannot blame Royal Mail for this. There was no email or communication from you in between the 6th or 20th highlighting there might be backlog.

Notes: I did not receive clear understanding of two items being dispatched until I have left a review here and my review focused at the handling issue but not the total amount of refund.

They never sent a gift that was ordered. Tried to claim it was a wrong address (despite the address being verified by the Post Office and the gift recipient).

It appears I'm not the only one with issues these days. We have been loyal customers for many years but not anymore.

Arrogance and greed have replaced the care and service when it was a start up.

Bought two items for two great nieces. Both were of good quality and as advertised so we have no complaints. Took a while to receive the items hence, the 1 star down, but maybe that’s just because we now expect everything to happen at breakneck speed, it was only a slight delay and not months.

There was No option for no stars so gave one. I’m very disappointed I had purchased a hand made naming day item for my son. We wanted to commemorate a special day for us even though we were restricted by covid. We couldn’t have the family filled celebration we wanted. So thought to purchase a name picture with the date of the naming etc as something to keep as he is growing up and put in his bedroom wall.
I placed the order 25th sept 2020 the money was promptly taken and as with other sites I expected a confirmation email from the seller. Nothing !
I have emailed them several times since then , still nothing !
I am in the process of getting the bank to refund to my card.

I purchased a personalised Christmas Stocking for my new Granddaughter. The font that was used was terrible and the letters that they used was nothing like how they should of been, therefore I now have an item that I cannot give. I contacted them 3 times and all I got was an answer to say I should of read the instructions properly. Surely if the letters don’t look how they should do then don’t advertise that you can use capital letters. Use a font that can be understood. Very disappointed ☹️

Purchased an engraved silver item, am very happy with the quality. It took just a couple of days to arrive so will use them again in future.

I bought a personalised gift for a Christening and I made a mistake with what I wrote so where it said contact us on the Born Gifted page I wrote to them asking to amend it. This was straight after the order was placed so assumed that everything would be correct when I received it. How wrong I was. Wording was off centre and nothing had been ammended. I wrote another email asking why it hadn't been ammended and Jim said that they hadn't received an email even though I attached the email that I had sent them! Very unhappy!

Great company, would definitely use again :-)

I recently purchased a personalised 'children Bible' or at least I thought so but I actually think it was falsely advertised... it looked like a children's Bible so, funnily enough, I expected a children's Bible...like one they can read and begin to understand whilst they are still a child, but instead I received a regular Bible (that no child I know would be the faintest bit interested in or able to understand until they become an adult!) with a childish cover, great work guys - disgusted! The book itself was also made to look bigger on the pictures.

Wow what a great Born Gifted I will purchase it for my sister first baby is there boy and girl my sister is definitely going to have a baby boy 👶💙💙💙

Placed my first order with Born Gifted recently and felt it necessary to come and write a glowing review for this company.

I ordered a personalised item and my phone had altered part of the spelling making it senseless. Born Gifted called me and explained and even offered suggestions for alternative personalisation, which I went for.

The item arrived in perfect condition 3 days later, far quicker than suggested on the website, and was a roaring success with the young recipient.

It's so nice to find a company with a personal touch in these days of massive corporations and I have gone on to use them twice more in the past 2 weeks and have yet to be disappointed, and will continue to use their website whenever the need for gifts for the young ones should occur.

Having still not received the ordered item sent on 11th December and after involving PayPal I have today finally received a refund. I accept that the much of the problem was to do with inadaquacies within Royal Mail as well as having some difficulties in communicating with Born Gifted.

Truly poor value for money. Buy a flask box . The cost of making this product cannot be more than £3 and 50p for name. Paid around £16 for something you might get as a give away at a food fair. Sheer rubbish. The stitching wasn't finished off. That took 2 minutes to clean up.
