Well presented discussion on the night sky that was relevant to the season

Great talk, really interesting, well explained and easy to understand for my children.

The sky at night talk was fabulous, loved the presenter he was very engaging and full of knowledge

Great presentation. Presenter spoke clearly with good visual aids and clearly conveyed their love for the topic. Content was spot on and really enjoyed.

Really enjoyed the member day at Jodrell Bank, very interesting and informative exhibits and shows and a free hot drink. Excellent Christmas lights in the gardens as well. Unfortunately it was too cloudy to do any stargazing but we were able to look at the telescope instead

A very well organised and informative event. A great day out in all. Everything was well done and Jodrell Bank was an excellent place with lots of entertaining and informative things going on. Would definitely go again.
The only drawback was that the car park has really tight spaces. We struggled, and our car isn't particularly large, especially by today's standards. If you're impaired mobility-wise then you will struggle unless you find an end to park on.

It was well organised. Lots of people to ask for help. Time slots for shows worked well.
It was educational and fun.
I enjoyed that the pathways were all lit up with different lights for Christmas. It was the first member event we have attended. We arrived too early so were turned away, but found a pub for a coffee. On our return we expected a queue of traffic, but it was fine, quite a few cars had parked up by then and there seemed a steady stream. Folks were keen, obviously, as a lot arrived for the 1pm opening. I did think the time of opening at 1pm and the first show being 1.15pm was a bit tight, as you had to queue to ‘check in’ get info and wrist bands etc (which was why we went earlier) so I don’t know how many managed that first show - which was what we were aiming at, but the 2.15pm worked out fine.
It probably needs another visit sometime, as you can’t take it all in, in one day - also, hoped to see some meteor showers but only rain showers were available. You can’t book the weather. But a good event all in all!

The team at the gate was warm and friendly, despite the weather being wet and cold. The only let down was they forgot to hand out our drinks coupons which we had to return after checking with the staff at Planet Cafe. My boys really like the Dome Show: We Are Stars, and the big telescope.

The Boundless welcoming team effectively managed us through the entrance procedures and checked we had tokens for all the shows on offer. We really enjoyed the shows and our walk around the Site. The Christmas lighting was very enjoyable.

We had a great day at Jodrell Bank, courtesy of discounted tickets via Boundless. Lots to see and do and a very interactive site. The complementary hot drinks voucher was very welcome on what was a chilly and damp day. A very well organised event.

3 generations of our family enjoyed the member's day at Jodrell Bank, volunteers were very friendly & helpful, the light trail was spectacular & the exhibitions, shows & films especially Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon were brilliant. It would be nice to go back here again in the summer. Thank you for the experience.

Pink Floyd concert was out of this world!!

The Boundless members discount meant value for money. The Boundless staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jodrell Bank was a good afternoon out and our grandson just loved it. Especially the film show and the interactive science tools. We were unfortunate enough to miss getting tokens for the earlier events despite arriving quite early so we had to kill time by visiting the restaurant and spending time outside. The after dark illuminations outside added to the Christmas atmosphere.

This was our first visit to Jodrell Bank and we were amazed. We were greeted by lovely friendly and helpful Boundles staff / volunteers. The whole experience was superb - The Jodrell Bank story, the film, the demonstration and the illuminated grounds. The evening Pink Floyd experience was outstanding both the sound quality and visually. We loved it.

We were well looked after by the Boundless staff, the reception check in was very efficient and quick.
It was a very interesting place to visit but not suitable for people with younger children although the weather didn't help.
The telescope dish was amazing, we learnt a lot.
