Cannot Recommend this company enough! So my washing machine started smoking last night all electrics going crazy!! Messaged these guys this morning and my new washing machine is already plumbed in and done one load!!! Fast efficient reply’s on messenger and delivery was as stated by today had a phone call to say they would deliver within the hour, prompt and helpful drivers, will definitely order again from this small buisness!

I purchased two appliances at Bourne Home Furniture. The first was a washer/dryer and the second time a fridge freezer. I've been really happy with both purchases. Chris made it so easy. He took care of the plumbing installation of the washer dryer. The setup took less than 30 mins. I was so happy with the service that when I was looking to make another purchase I immediately thought to buy from BHF again. Fair pricing. Very responsive customer service. Good selection. Highly recommended.

What a great supplier! In the depths of the Coronavirus restrictions all the ordering and arrangements for delivery were done via website, email and text. Due to the moving situation I needed to change arrangements - no problem! Arriving promptly on time the team donned disposable gloves and offered to put on masks if I wished them to.

Watching from afar I left them to it and they carefully took the fridge freezer in, placed it and removed the packaging, all without handling anything in the house. Having taken the packaging away tidily the paperwork was left out for signature whilst I and the boss swapped places.

A model of care and consideration in trying times. Well done!

Excellent all round customer service..i orderd a fridge freezer on a friday evening.. and it was in my kitchen by the saturday afternoon.. free delivery aswell.. doesn't get any better than that.. 5 stars from me.. thanks again!!

Amazing service, had a tumble dryer. Friendly helpful staff. Went to shop near closing time yet nothing was too much trouble for them and it was even delivered that evening as I needed it.

Love our new American fridge freezer, hoover washing machine and condenser dryer. Highly recommend Bourne home furnishings. Highly recommend this place as staff are friendly highly knowledgeable of the products answer any questions with a smile quick and offer a free delivery service one day a week will even take your old appliance away for a small extra fee. Will be using again and telling all my friends and family

This company and its staff are excellent and I would highly reccomend them to anyone. The customer service and communication is excellent and they go out of their way to help if you have a problem. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. Their delivery time is excellent, I had my items delivered and put where I wanted them the day after I ordered them. I reccomend their installation and removal option, they took my old item away, removed all the packaging from my new items and took that away so I was left with no mess and then they put my new items exactly where I wanted them. They then explained how everything worked and showed me inside each item. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and easy. It was also great that I could message Chris via messenger to ask questions about my items etc and his response was alway prompt, with the answers to the questions I had.
