They have been ignoring my emails which Iâve asked them for a refund for my item not arriving, they havenât done this and canât even be bothered to reply to me. We have raised an investigation with the Royal Mail (ref: 50303-003336), and will refund/replace the parcel for the customer once investigated. The tracking shows good delivery to the address, so our policy is to raise an investigation with Royal Mail before resolving, as this is a very serious issue - either a parcel has been stolen by someone in the building, or the Royal Mail has acted fraudulently.
