It’s very expensive, shipping is expensive and they don’t tell which company. Also the processing fee is $50 so you will end up paying a lot more. I am using shope&ship and there services better but both are expensive. If boxit4me can improve shipping by giving more choice like WS before and reduce processing fees and improve their site. It will be much better alternative

My package was received at their USA Hub on August 5, and I requested shipment to a Chicago address that same day. Five days later, they told me that my package had been forwarded to the UAE without my authorization and then asked me to pay USD 2,537 to ship it back to the USA.
I have all the emails, screenshots, and evidence.
Based on my experience, I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Our experience with Boxit4me has been extremely disappointing. We created an account, and strangely, it was deactivated just two days later for no apparent reason. After contacting customer service, they eventually reactivated it.

In the meantime, we had already shipped two parcels to their French forwarding address. According to the tracking information, both parcels were delivered more than three days ago. Since then, nothing.

The parcels do not appear in our account, there are no updates, and customer service has completely stopped responding. We have sent multiple messages and received no answer whatsoever.

The entire purpose of this company is to receive parcels and forward them. They have failed at the most basic part of their service. At this point, it feels as though our two parcels have simply disappeared.

No customer support, no parcel processing, no communication, no accountability. Just a website and silence.

Based on our experience, this company is not reliable, not professional, and not trustworthy. We would strongly advise others to look for a different forwarding service.

Very poor client services and severe delays to shipments. I was told that my shipment was due today, only to call the company to find out they’re facing logistical issues and the item hasn’t even left their warehouse in Europe. Each time I send them an email, it bounces back saying the server can’t find the company’s email. If I’d known all of this beforehand , I would have never used this company .

A parcel marked delivered to your UAE hub has not been logged, and support has stopped responding. I need warehouse confirmation. This happened previously at KSA warehouse.

Theives! Charging over 100 dollars for a shipment less than 1kg. Avoid it at all cost

They are scammers who keep changing the price and refuse to allow me to pick up my shipment. Although I offered to pay storage fees, they are trying to extort me by demanding payment for 2 kg at $184, if any body give them 5 stars it will not be real

I shipped a mobile using their services, all was good. took fair time, more than others but to cut taxes a 4 or 5 days more won't make a different. Thanks!

I’ve had one of the worst logistics and customer service experiences with Boxit4me. Completely incompetent in handling shipments—delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. Their support team is either unavailable or unhelpful, and it feels like they just don't care. Avoid this service if you value your time, money, or sanity.

These are a group of thieves who have a shipment in a German warehouse worth $1,000 and so far there has been no response from them. Customer service says they will follow up within 24 hours and there has been no final communication. I think it is a very bad experience and that they will steal the shipment in the end.

Never received the shipment as expected And the customer service has been just pathetic I have been waiting 45 days since my order and still no update or proper information of my parcels delivery. Unacceptable they are not communicating and being transparent.

I would suggest avoiding them as they don't have any control on their US hub. Will take ages to reply. Will have to keep following up. The customer service have no clue of what they are asking. They ask for a Invoice with a Photo of the Item Packed. I dont know how clueless they are.

Having used a similar service from the US to UK I understood the offering and wanted to find somewhere in the UAE that could forward a parcel from Adidas where the products I wanted were only available there. Everything was seamless, the only trepidation I had was the need to upload a passport copy. My parcel arrived in the UK 4 days ahead of schedule, 2 days after they shipped it for me. Will use again.
