Selfship got disassociated from Desert Cart and bought by this guy called Adil. These guys have no clue where their customers parcels are and they will keep coming up with excuses saying that the order has been delivered to the Desertcart address and that they will tag the desert cart team on an email but never end up doing it. There is a dude called Naved there who has no idea what is happening. He will respond when he feels like. Basically there is no face to this company and seems like Adil who owns it doesnt care. Their dubai address is fake and upon local investigation in dubai its owned by some random LLC or something. Basically the whole company is a scam and you will not get your parcel so do not order!

My shipment is still stranded with them, even though I paid for shipping a week ago. The portal still hasn't provided a tracking number, and 3 packages are still stranded. No one replies to my support emails, and the chat function seems disabled. They were so good in the past, and not sure what has gone wrong.

I have over 500 USD of packages stranded because neither the APP or website are working. A few days ago I requested via the help chat on the website for them to be released and shipped to me. They said they couldn't tweak any of my settings on the site. I told them their site wasn't working and I couldn't do it myself. Now not only is nothing working, the don't answer customer help emails, and the help center chat is no longer working. I WANT MY PACKAGES THAT ARE STRANDED IN THE DUBAI WAREHOUSE!

Was using selfship.com for a few years, mostly as a paid member. Not a perfect service, but had very good shipping rates from USA. Now that it has moved away from Desertcart (or so their support claims) the website platform is dead and my current packages are stranded with them. The Selfship.com website help chat was disabled as of earlier this week (30th Aug 2026) and zero response from the support email for the last 10 days. Even Desertcart support says they can't do anything to help get my packages to me. Stay Away!

Foolishly decided to use this service despite the plethora of negative reviews on here, won’t make that mistake ever again.

“Please allow 24-48 hours for packages to be registered in your account.” Is what is stated by SelfShip on their own website.

FedEx marked my package as delivered to the SelfShip US warehouse on the 30th of June, and to this day (16th of July) it hasn’t shown up in the website's warehouse. It is impossible to get into contact with anyone working directly in the warehouse.

Customer service is as horrible as it gets; I’ve contacted 4-5 different customer service workers (some of which are: Rejan & Shruti Verma) since my package was delivered, all of which have asked me to wait 24-72 hours for a response, which I would never end up getting.

Absolutely terrible experience. SelfShip received my two parcels in January 2026, and months later I am still waiting. Endless emails, endless excuses, and no resolution. Customer service has been completely ineffective. I deeply regret trusting this company with my shipments. Just awful !!!!!! Stay away from this company

Items missing from the first delivery and the 2nd delivery just not arriving. Absolutely terrible service. No phone contact. Bad communication. Staff who don't care.

If you insist on using this company you should consider it only for low value items that you don't mind being 'lost'.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site and after 45 days they still have not arrived despite the tracking service stating they have been delivered?
Original advert indicating they were JD sports on line services and they provide cserviceatself-shopping.com as their customer services who are actually useless. It appears it obviously a scam and have now reported company to my bank.

This company takes no accountability for missing packages! Tracking will show that it arrived, but will say they don’t have it with zero resolution! Even though the website says they have liability up to $100! Don’t trust and don’t use selfship or desertcart!

They took 11 days just to 'start' shipping the item, then they charged tax fees which is against local laws!

I ordered something from Petco. My order has been delivered to their warehouse , but they never marked it as received by them, while there’s proof from the courier company that it had been delivered. I’ve been sending them email for a month and they just ignore my messages. Chatting with them but of no use. Absolute waste company. Don’t use this service, because your items will be lost or stolen at the warehouse and you won’t get that back.

My experience with Selfship has been extremely disappointing. My shipment reached their Mumbai warehouse but was returned to the merchant without my approval or explanation. Not sure if they had lost my items. No clear communication, no refund update, and rude chat agents with no accountability. Completely unprofessional service — confusing, careless, and frustrating from start to finish.

very bad first me shipment held on customs for a month how i can provide sdfa its for companies then after one month it came back and they are saying we recieved only one box

All videos on YouTube related to Selfship have the comments section turned off. This shows what they want to hide.

I ordered something through selfship. I was honestly worried at the start because I read so many reviews of people claiming that the warehouse makes up rules as they go along on what is and isn’t restricted item. I voiced my concern from the very start and till now I’ve not incurred any problems.

I order my supplements typically in bulk and this has always cost me months of running back and forth from the MOH to this Ministry to that Office to this portal and that wormhole.

With self-ship i’ve not had to lift a finger. I subscribed to the pro membership because of how satisfied i am with the current customer care.

The ONLY reason I deducted one star is because they ALWAYS HAVE TO open and repack your items.

This of course is less than ideal for people who prefer some privacy or other instances such as delicate items.

For example, i ordered some pure supplement powders that comes with a Certificate of Analysis, i’ve had instances where those were thrown away to save room for the repacking.

I think people should be given the option on whether they want their items consolidated or simply reshipped in its original package.

You will never receive your item, and all they have to say it's not allowed to order "my item" to your country, but they don't know i'm ordering the same thing with Shop and Ship monthly with no issues. Why i tried Selfship then? I thought they will be faster or cheaper than Shop and Ship.
