I have long had a WWII Junghan's Stopwatch, which I think is genuine from online study, but it has not moved in years. . Thought I might try Bradley's in the High St Northallerton for a repair. All staff proved really helpful and, while my watch was being inspected, my wife got some very good advice about a necklace needing alteration. Many a suggestion about what might be done for me with estimates etc, when it suddenly started to move for the first time in years. An overtight spring it seems, but a minor miracle to me. Four hours later it is still going. My thanks to all the staff, they could not have been nicer.

Visited the store in Barkers Arcade today to collect a watch repair. Always get a friendly welcome and the ladies in there are so helpful, true service with a smile.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from the store down Barkers arcade in Northallerton. The ladies in the shop were very helpful and I highly recommend them.

We first visited Bradleys in York in 2023 and received such wonderful service that we revisited the shop again at Lower Petersgate York in 2024 for a birthday gift for my wife. Again the service was excellent and the staff were so helpful in showing her jewellery. I selected a bracelet for her and she decided to treat herself to a ring which was too tight. The staff immediately offered to resize it and we received it by post within a few days. Wonderful staff and excellent service. We are looking forward to our next visit. Benjamin and Valerie Steven

There knowledge and expertise was second to none and with top class service they made you and the experience a special event. They took there time with. I visited Bradleys the Jewellers, Northallerton for the very first time upon noticing a beautiful ornamental glass deer in the window which caught my eye when I was simply walking alongside the jewellers. Not knowing if items such as these were for sale I decided to pop in to enquire. The most delightful two ladies who assisted me could not have been more approachable, accommodating, thoughtful and lovely. I wasn't on this particular occasion looking for jewellery, but I most certainly do know where, and importantly whom, to return to when I do make a jewellery purchase. Bradleys the Jewellers, Northallerton is beautifully presented, and an enormous thank you to these wonderful two ladies.

Really wonderful service from the team today for a repair on a Rolex. Really informative and genuinely wanted to help! Couldn’t have done more to help me. Reasonable and lovely.

After a failed attempt of taking my G shock watch to another jewellers, i walked into Bradley’s Northallerton, and straight away they fixed the strap. Experienced and knowledgeable in what they do!!

Popped in to get the strap on my watch fixed. Fantastic service all round - can’t recommend them highly enough - I’ll definitely be back - excellent 👍

Went in to shop today, very pleasant,nice and friendly. Asked if they could cut my ring off being too tight. The lovely guy did it there and then. Will go back to have ring resized and will use in future if need to.

I needed some links removing from a watch for my elderly mother who I managed to get to Bradley’s. They were extremely caring and patient in helping her out and completed the job perfectly for her. We would definitely recommend this jewellers after such a friendly experience.

I recently had some bespoke jewellery made utilising old onto new & the result is amazing, professional service was impeccable along with excellent advice…a huge thank you to Claire Bradley you were a ‘gem’! Also to Martine & Carole in Northallerton who were equally amazing last year when I had a ring made.

Bradley’s Northallerton. Wow what service. I had a problem with my Omega Seamaster so took it back here for sorting.
Martine provided as good a service to myself as I can ever recall.
She dealt with Omega on my behalf who to be fair to Omega responded admirably as well.
I always say “when you hit a problem which to be fair does happen it’s how they deal with it that’s the important bit of a good company”
They were 100%.

Took 2 watches into the Market Row shop, Northallerton, one Ebel, One Omega Seamaster. The Ebel needed a battery, the Omega we weren't sure what it needed. Both watches were sent away with £50 paid for each watch to cover cost. After weeks, and no one contacting us, we went into the shop to be told the horologist wouldn't do anything with the Omega because of the calibre and the Ebel needed a service and battery which was going to cost another £340. I said I only wanted a battery putting in but was told that the horologist would only do the full job and not just a battery. I asked for the watch to be returned which took another 4 weeks. We managed to get a credit note for the Omega for the £50 but only after pointing out a few discrepancies. Taking the watches to another horologist, he replaced the battery in the Omega which was all it needed and is now working perfectly. As for the Ebel, when the horologist took it apart, he found that there was no battery in it, Bradleys had taken it out and not put it back?? He replaced the battery and that watch also is working perfectly. He also said it didn't need a service, it is fine. Sadly I can't help but feel I was being ripped off by Bradleys trying to get more money out of me. If you only want a battery then thats all you should be able to get and not get told the horologist won't do it unless you pay alot more money for a service. I wouldn't recommend taking watch repairs here, a few other jewellers were much more helpful.

Very helpful staff, went out the way to find the watch (Swatch that I couldn’t find anywhere else) I wanted and confirmed they had it over the phone. Forget the ladies name who helped me out but was wonderful from start to finish. Would recommend.

My husband had injured his finger and his wedding ring was stuck. The ladies at Bradleys in Barkers arcade were brilliant. It was cut off as a last resort, but is repairable. Great service with a smile too

We visited Bradleys Jewellers (12 Market Row Northallerton) to choose my engagement ring. Both Andrea and Martine were so helpful and knowledgeable and found us the perfect ring.
