I cannot express my gratitude enough to Adam, our incredible travel agent! Our much-anticipated summer trip took an unexpected turn for the worst just days before departure. Panic set in, and it felt like our vacation dreams were shattered.

Bradley Travelstore came highly recommended to me when I was booking a family holiday but I was sceptical about using any agent at first as I like to book holidays myself and get the best deals. But Adam proved me wrong! He managed to beat the best deals on the internet and even added a cashback offer when we returned which was a nice bonus!

Adam was also always quick to respond even if he was on holiday or if it was the weekend! We had to cancel our first holiday because of Covid a few days before we were meant to go and Adam dealt with the hotel and we didn't lose any money. Having an agent who could call the hotel in Mexico directly was really helpful!

Overall I highly recommend Adam and his team and will certainly get in touch with them for any trips going forward!

I went to Vegas last year with some mates and one of them recommended us to Tara at Bradley Travelstore who dealt with our booking. Tara was great they and got us a fantastic deal which we were all thrilled with.

Off the back of this, I used Tara to book our summer holiday in Cyprus which we have just got back from and all I can say is ‘wow’….. the price again was so much better than I was quoted by two others and Tara took care of the taxis also to and from the airport meaning it was easy for me when I arrived.

We have subsequently already booked two other holidays via Tara and have recommended her to family and friends because the deals she gets is so much better than anyone else I have spoken to.

Fantastic person to deal with and I have driven her mad on countless times with changes but nothing is ever too much
