Disgusting company. I bought two products from them. They delivered the wrong items. I had to go through the hassle of returning it. And they are refusing to refund me. This has been going on for nearly two months now. A bunch of liars and a disgusting company. I’ve had to contact the bank and report this as fraud.

La taille ne me va pas. Dès le 19 février 2026, je demande l'étiquette retour pour renvoyer ma commande. Depuis, rien, malgré mes demandes de retour, mes mails hebdomadaires. J'ai fait un signalement aux services de contrôle des ventes en ligne et Brandalley " n'a pas souhaité lire mon signalement" m'a t-on indiqué. (signal.conso.gouv.fr)
Ce jour, ... impossible de se connecter au site Brandalley.fr. Il redirige directement vers Brandalley.co.uk.
Mon compte n'est plus accessible, ma commande désormais est invisible.

Waste of time. Ordered jacket in L or size 16 Jacket arrived more like size 10 or 12 Returned as faulty Brandalley took 3 weeks to refund and deducted return postage! So wrong and won't buy from again

I have been buying, sporadically, from BrandAlley for many years (I think from when they started up). I’ve had mediocre service from them but they do have a few brands I particularly like. In December 25 I ordered a Saint-German handbag due to be delivered around mid-January. It was paid-for in full, no easy payment facility used. It wasn’t delivered by the allocated date so in early Feb 26 I contacted them. Since then I’ve contacted them and received fatuous apologies saying they don’t have a delivery date. I asked for details but received no information. It is now March 25th and I have just received a note explaining they have no idea if delivery details and that they advertise à product for sale with no confirmation those products are actually available for sale. So they take your money for nothing, they just take your money on spec! I believe this us gross misrepresentation and very dodgy dealings.

j'ai retourné le colis et 1 mois après aucune nouvelle, sauf le suivi du colis, le colis a bien été livré dans leur entrepot !
A quand le remboursement ???

I have finally given up on Brandalley I will no longer be ordering from them.
Every time I return an item they do not refund within their stated Terms they illegally hold onto funds and should be dealt with officially!

Expérience lamentable. Ce site non commercial et pas correct. J’ai commandé un article pour quasi 100€, pas reçu de notification que le colis allait être livré, j’ai pensé qu’il y avait un retard et laissé traîner. Quand je leur demande où est le colis, ils me disent qu’il a été livré plus de 15 jours avant avec signature ??? Faux. Service client déplorable. Aucun effort ? Grosse escroquerie. Je vais transmettre à 100 millions de consommateurs et entamer une procédure à la maison des droits

Title: £286 Returned – Disputed on “Weight” & Left Out of Pocket

I returned an order worth £286 and followed BrandAlley’s returns process exactly as instructed. Every item was included in the parcel.

After they received it, I was told there was a “weight discrepancy” and this was used as the basis to dispute my refund. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve the issue, providing my position clearly and consistently, but got nowhere.

I escalated the matter through my bank. The bank initially refunded the £286 while investigating. However, after a few weeks, the money was taken back following the retailer’s response — leaving us completely out of pocket despite returning everything.

In my opinion, this process feels extremely unfair and heavily weighted in favour of the retailer. The stress and time wasted over something that should have been straightforward is unacceptable.

After reading other reviews, I can see similar refund disputes being raised by other customers, which is concerning.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be using this company again.

All I wanted to know was the height of a heel on a boot, sent email after email no reply, I thought I would look at customer reviews on your site, Not good. I’m not going to touch them.

Tried yo cancel an order I placed today but apparently it’s already packed and ready to ship tomorrow and cannot be stopped ! I can’t refuse delivery because my postman just leave it and don’t ring the bell- emailed and told they cannot help 😡😡😡

Feel very let down by this company. Placed Black Friday orders in November that were Christmas gifts. Sought to return one item in the extended Christmas returns period, as this company and many others have in place. Informed that I not eligible. Will never buy from this company again, very poor customer service and focus.

I have using BrandAlley for quite a few years now and I have never had any issues. If there has been they were resolved promptly, efficiently. I would recommend them others. I have bought the most bedding from them and along side many other items. Thank you BrandAlley

Unreliable seller.
Order never arrived and customer service does not respond to emails. Be careful before ordering.

I ordered about £500 of clothing from brand Ally. I forgot up put in the 20% extra discount code at checkout.
I emailed customer service, and within an hour they replied saying that they would honour and refund the discount to my card, about 30 mins later the discount of £100 was credited.
Even John Lewis won’t do this, you have to reorder and return (I forget then too).
Clothing and lovely Pandora pendant just arrived. All perfect.

Just received fake Dr H skincare, totally fake, wrong colour bottles packaging etc. And of course no refund. An absolute disgrace. Definitely contacting trading standards.

Morning, tried to call Brandalley regarding ongoing refund issues, says the office is closed call back 9-5 but sure its 12 noon, having a real time of there lack of communication and not putting themselves in the customers shoes as we are all human and should treat each other with respect, one of the worse companies I have came across, issues a problem with Barclay Card, they will try and fob you off saying its a third party the issue is with, legally its Brand alley and its there problem as you have purchased the good from Brand alley

I ordered a top as small, however it came labelled as small byt more like a large. As I opened the item past the 30 day period there is no refunds or exchange or credit. Hovever very disappointed with the quality control.
