Awesome customer service!

While I have not yet placed an order and therefore do not yet have a finish product to swear by, I can say, without reservation that Alfredo helped me to confidently make design decisions on my product. He confirmed that I could use a specific logo and helped me to pick colors based on aesthetics and cost.

The gentleman who helped me with my order was both friendly, and patient with my complicated requests. Our college is doing a big yearly community service event and Mr. Anthony Carlo Lee helped us get our order straightened out and ready to go. It's so nice to be able to speak with someone when the computer isn't quite able to fill every detail. I'm very grateful for companies like Branders that are still able to provide small town customer service online. Our university will definitely be doing business with them again!

I ordered shot glasses for a milestone birthday and asked for a proof before placing my order. The proof showed a misspelling and I contacted customer service and spoke with Yessenia Cinero. She was terrific about helping me with the error, correcting it with her art department, and getting another proof e-mailed back to me within 1 hour. She followed up with a phone call to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and to see if there was anything else she could do for me. I have no hesitation recommending this company to my friends.

My toddler lost his scissors and it was the end of the world and I found these scissors at an excellent price ordered it yesterday and received them today. Thank you for the excellent service you provide I will recommend you to everyone.

I worked with Gerri Brooks and she was excellent. There were multiple changes in the artwork throughout the ordering process and she was very understanding and helpful. She was also very efficient with her responses and with updating the changes that were requested in a timely manner.
