I contacted Branders through their Live Chat and had the pleasure of corresponding with Alfredo Buenavente. He quickly found my order (BR85581) and found out the status. In addition, he followed-up via email and I am now awaiting my proof and finished product. He was quick, professional and answered all of my questions.

Anthony Carlo Lee helped me out with a large order for a corporate event. He was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I was having trouble designing the shot glass for my son's 30th birthday. I decided to do the online chat for some help. Anthony Carlo Lee helped me today with the online chat help option. He took care of all of my concerns very quickly and efficiently and ALSO followed up. It is rare to deal with a company that has service reps who own the process. I have had too many experiences with having to walk through the same issues on an order with every call/inquiry. The Branders website was clear and easy when it worked but there were some instances that it did not. I found emailing the artwork to be the best and clearest option and response from the art dept is quick.

I needed to purchase sunglasses for my organization, and wasn't able to pay for it right away. Gerri Brooks was extremely helpful and able to work with my situation on order BR85222. I'm not sure what the shipping quality will be, but if it's anything like their service, I'm sure it will be great.

Grezel at Branders was amazing! She helped me on every step of the way with my order. I was worried my logo would not show up and not only was Grezel patient with me, she also gave me her advice which was very much appreciated. The Customer Service here is top notch!

Products are good, and come as expected. Prices are competitive and frequent discounts are always around. Even more important is the rep who takes good care of us. It is important for us to know timelines of production and shipping, and Gerri Brooks always makes sure we are within our deadline. I sometimes have rush orders and she does everything she can to fulfill our needs, thank you!

I deal with a lot of different vendors. Nowadays, it seems that customer service, personalized attention and follow-up is almost non-existent, but that was not the case with Branders and Nicole Hasty who was my customer service rep. My order for 180 custom 4 color printed duffel bags went smoothly and timely - even when I rejected the first art proof, they quickly corrected the problems and the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned. Great company and I will do business with them again. (BR80353)

Tried to get an order for water bottles. Was charged a royalty fee and wasnt told that i had to pay the fee which put a hold on my order. I wasnt able to get the order in time. Customer service was very uneducated and didnt know what was going on. They also had to get everything approved by ten different people. Wouldnt recommend them!

Gerri Brooks have been wonderful and extremely helpful. I will definitely be ordering again through her.
