Horrific customer service.
Received my order with a missing item and a top that was stained and literally smelled of feces!
Wrote an email to complain they didn’t respond. When I called they picked up literally on the second ring so doesn’t seem like they are that busy.
When explained the situation the rude customer service rep asked me to send back the smelly top. I told her wasn’t possible as I was leaving to go travelling and won’t be able to get to a post office. If they had replied sooner I would have been able to sort it out.
They told me they can’t refund me until I send it back which will be in two months time when I come back.
As for the missing trousers they need to do an investigation which is really frustrating as these were supposed to be my travelling clothes.

Horrible Brandy Melville Customer Service
I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member and paid for regular fed ex shipping ($7.99). The item never arrived. I contacted them and they instructed me to file a claim with FedEx. FedEx informed me that only BM can file the claim. I waited 3 months and was told that my claim was denied. It was my fault the package was lost because I should have requested a signature from FedEx. What!? I wasn’t even offered this at checkout?! Horrible company. Never shopping there again. There’s not even a photo of the package being delivered!
Extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter!
In der Filiale in München habe ich zwei Oberteile kurz über meiner eigenen Kleidung vor einem Spiegel anprobiert, da die Schlange an den Umkleiden sehr lang war. Dabei wurde ich von zwei Mitarbeitenden in einem unhöflichen und aggressiven Ton mehrfach aufgefordert, mich sofort an der Umkleide anzustellen, obwohl ich das Kleidungsstück bereits wieder auszog.
Ein solches Verhalten habe ich in anderen Geschäften noch nie erlebt. Ich werde diese Filiale künftig nicht mehr besuchen.

My experience with brandy is really good, I paid for express shipping (1-2 days) and it arrived on the second day, and both of my items were not damaged in anyway and I got some bonus stickers with my order! So that was a cute surprise. For the cloths quality they’re really really nice and fit perfectly, so I’m very happy with my experience, I really recommended. 🌸
The model name means nothing
The model name means nothing. So you order a particular model in the same size, just a different color and you get a totally different cut of sweatpants and then you have to pay to return it. What's the point of naming things if it doesn't mean anything?
Horrible customer service
I placed an order. Everything went through and I received a confirmation email. The next day the order was cancelled by the company. There was no reason given. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I called twice only to have the customer service agent disconnect the call when I said I have an issue with an order. The third time I called, the customer service agent placed me on hold without taking any of my information and then disconnected the call after 3 minutes. I will not shop at this store again.

I bought a long sleeve t-shirt for my daughter for a high price( 32 euro for a cotton t-shirt but she likes the style) and the tshirt was broken on an harm, I came back to the shop to change it with the recipt and the shop assistant of the Brandymelville shop in Barcellona on Avda. del Portal de l'Angel n.6 with the recipt didn't want to change me the t-shirt..its ridiculous!!!A very bad experience..they just rip off the teenagers and the parents! I want not buy to this brand anymore in my life..be carrefull!!

J’ai commandé un Sweat sur ce site.
J’ai reçu un tout autre Sweat, que celui que j’ai commandé d’une autre marque que celle de Brandy Melville, pas la même référence, pas la même couleur donc de toute évidence pas le même Sweat que celui que j’ai commandé.
Lorsque j’ai envoyer un mail, ils ont fait semblant de ne pas comprendre jusqu’à ne plus répondre du tout. Aujourd’hui, on me demande de payer 15 € de frais de retour pour un Sweat que j’ai payé 45 € et en plus de ça c’est leur erreur.
Ayant déjà du payer huit euros de frais de livraison, plus 12 € de taxe avec les 15 € de frais de retour je suis déjà à plus de la moitié du prix de mon Sweat.
Résultats, je me retrouve aujourd’hui avec un Sweat qui n’est pas à mon goût. Et brandy Melville, ne compte pas réparer leur erreur.
C’est clairement honteux, je ne vous conseille pas de commander.

Awful awful staff. Too busy gossiping among themselves to acknowledge there are customers in store. Minimum wage staff too important to touch items in changing room area, the uniformed security guard was made to check the clothes in and out - disgusting display of white girl privilege 🤮 Zero stars if it was an option

Truly appalling customer service at the Foubert’s Place store. The sales assistants were far more interested in chatting amongst themselves about returning to university than doing the job they are paid to do. Asking a basic question about sizing was clearly an inconvenience. I was met with blank stares and visible annoyance, as though I had interrupted something far more important than helping a customer.
Apparently, I was also expected to magically know that the item was “one size fits all,” despite this not being made clear. The store itself is overcrowded, poorly laid out, and an unpleasant experience from start to finish. To top it off, the returns policy is equally poor, leaving you feeling completely trapped once you’ve made a purchase especially if you do not live in London.
I will not be returning, although I strongly suspect the company won’t care; the overall attitude suggests customer experience is not a priority for the demographic they are targeting.

Do not use this company, a £6 purse has cost me over £20 due to their mistake. I’m a pensioner and it has really upset me. I have tried phoning them but of course there is no one to speak to.

Personally my brandy Melville experience was fine, I received every thing I ordered, nothing wrong. I didn’t look on trust pilot until after my purchase, even thought it was successful i don’t think I will shop there again from all the views I’ve heard. But from my experience I’d give it a 5 star.
Useless and clueless
Covent Garden store. My daughter forgot her bank card so wanted to pay part cash, part card on her phone. No problem said the girl on the till. Another assistant then intervened and said not possible because my daughter had £3.75 in silver coins. Well! Legal tender is at least £5 (£5 for 5p and 10p; £10 for 20p and 50p). So they were wrong. If you say you accept cash, then you MUST accept legal tender. Ultimately my daughter got money sent to her card and purchased the item but the useless assistant failed to give her a receipt. Could not make this up.
