Terrible service. My wife booked an MOT over the phone, turned up and apparently due to a 'glitch' they were overbooked, and thus they could not do her MOT today. No phone call, text or email to advise they couldn't perform the work. We have been left massively in the lurch as a result. Very poor experience

The website is pretty simple to use. Easy to find what you want, easy to make an order online and they deliver very fast also on time. I am very happy with their service and impressed by the professionalism they show.

My husband and I were most grateful for the service offered to us by Sam and ‘Kam’. Apologies I don’t remember the other guy’s name. They took the burden of buying a car and getting rid of the other one from us. They had a perfect vehicle to sell. They sourced finance for us. They processed the drive away insurance for us, filled in the registration and processed the car tax. We are MOST GRATEFUL for their service. And throughout they were professional, kind and very helpful. Thank you to them.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!* This company has caused me a huge amount of issues financially because of their failure to file correct paperwork. The customer service was astounding when they wanted me to buy a car but as soon as that happened, they could not care less. The customer service now is an absolute disgrace. Zero replies to emails. Not reading correspondence correctly. Not one apology for the issues that they have caused. I am at a loss and at my wits end to be completely honest and just need someone to help me!! I just hope this can be turned around so I can finally close the chapter. Their own website states a resolution to complaints in 5 working days. So far it’s exceeding 11 months!!!

THEY WILL 100% sell you a lie, a crashed wreck, SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS, CONMEN, avoid this criminal dealership if you want a reputable car that is going to last GO ANYWHERE but here! Do not trust them or their cars. This place is beyond dodgy. They are out to take your money and could not care less if the car will kill you or drain your wallet. Most disgusting service I’ve ever seen they literally tried to rob me luckily on the day I was delivered the car, a month after paying in full for it I took it straight to Infiniti specialists and they confirmed the car was indeed crash damaged and in the poorest condition they gave ever seen a g37 convertible in. Thanks Amir you were not clever enough or convincing enough to fob this absolute death trap off onto me.

I knew from the beginning (Sept 2021) I should've gone with my gut. So it's my fault, really. I couldn't pick the car up on the arranged date, as 'it wasn't ready', even though I'd paid £500 deposit. There was an issue with the handbrake, which took so long to get fixed. In the mean time, the engine light came on. When I finally took the car back for the handbrake issue, they said they'd sort the engine light. Apparently it was an easy fix. 2 days later, the engine light comes back on. I ried to get in touch with them on various platforms. I eventually gave up! This car cost me £4,000. It failed the first MOT, there is a lost of advisories as long as my arm. A year later and I'm still having issues with it, I have paid out so much on this car and it has currently been in the garage for the past 3 days, again.

We bought a Car from them for 28,000 and they gave us two keys. When we got home we noticed that one of the car keys was simply a cover, there were no keys.
After driving 100 miles the car brakes broke down and with much difficulty we went to the mechanic and we fixed the car. Then the registered mechanic told us that both the gear box and engine had serious problems
That was the second problem

They sold us a warranty for a thousand pounds and turns out when we spoke with the warranty they didn’t want to help us about the car problems. So the warranty was essentially worthless.

At the end I wanted to sell the car back to them. So the car that they sold to us just for months ago for 28,899 they are willing to buy for 18,000. In other words what would you call this, selling us a car that is dysfunctional selling us a worthless warranty. I do not recommend you buy anything from these guys

They simply sold us a broken down car.
The serious problems it had could not be seen.

BEST TO AVOID

Where can i really start?

We phoned in advance as the daughter fell in love with this car. As we live many miles away about a 3 hour journey, we needed to make sure the car (Alfa Romeo Mito) was at least in a condition to be driven away.

They said yes, we wouldn't be dissapointed with a car of this age. WOULD. NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

We mentioned we may be an hour early and was told the car was in storage, which seemed strange but OK. When the car arrived it looked great so I took it around the parking lot initially and met with a burning smell. When we pulled up to the original position, there was smoke coming from the engine. The salesman tried to explain it away as burning oil. Almost every excuse was made including not noticing the smoke and somehow it was fine. After much googling, I had a thought. Now. I would imagine someone would make sure there was water in the radiator.? No. It was bone dry? Was it leaking. I don't know, but there was no water in it. He scooped his finger around it and picked up some condensation, but it wasn't full. Then he decided to put water in it. And you know what, the smoke went away.

In an attempt to sell it he let me drive it in lieu of my bank card. It drove really nicely to be honest, until the engine light came on and the car lost power!

Then, he exclaimed 'this car is no longer for sale'. Wonderful as we travelled 3 hours to see it.

I also mentioned the mileage which states 110k. The car actually had done 130k. Which is a misrepresentation. Also, the advert says it comes with a warranty which was fully rescinded when we were there.

To be honest, we probably should not have travelled so far. Yet the reviews seemed outstanding so we took a chance. And we were definitely dissapointed, another promise he failed to keep. There was no service history and the oil was like sludge, so probably not looked at for years.

They said the garage guys were in on Monday and I can only guess they'll turn the engine light off without fixing any issues.

The deposit was refunded quickly, and he did offer to drop us off somewhere near by. However he had the cheek to ask for a 5 star review, unaware of everything that's happened, which turned this 2 star into a one. You can see by the photos it clearly states there's a warranty and it's claimed to have done 110k. (it's actually 130+k)

Dont trust them, they'll sell you a dangerous car at the bat of an eye and not do anything about it if anything goes wrong.

Edit: another concern is their reviews aren't genuine. The bmw below me actually uses an image from a different website entirely. It's not the car that was bought. Just compare my reverse image search against the photo by Sarah Hendrix. No wonder they took the trouble to scrub out the non English number plate.

STAY AWAY - READ ALL OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS.....EVERYONE SAYING THE SAME.... DODGY PLACE!!! Bought an Infinity (Nissan top brand) for £11.000. Was told car was in great condition. Took to my garage after buying and got told both wheel bearing gone, fuel pump gone and car had loads of electrical faults. Had to fight BRAVO CARS involving Solicitors to be able to get car fixed. BUT it doesnt stop there. 5 months after they fixing wheel bearings i went to get the break pads changed and cldnt as BRAVO CARS never put the security wheel lock back in my car, which means for over 1 week trying to get it online but almost impossible. BREAK DISCS NOW DAMAGED! Contacted Bravo Cars just to hear same NON SENSE and nothing done! STAY AWAY, DODGY PLACE AND TERRIBLE MANAGMENT!

After driving from Liverpool (196miles) the car was dirty milkshake all down the drivers side. The wheels turned from silver to black. And the car had an extra 1500 miles on it. And it had almost no fuel. I don't know why they did any of this as I told them I was coming so they had 3 hours to sort this stuff out. After that I wouldn't trust them.

Update so I was wondering why they changed the wheels. So I checked the wheels low thread. So I have to take them to the shop. And they only put 4 nuts back on not 5 so they could have been fun on the 190 miles motorway journey. Plus I have the feeling now they didn't put the right wheels back on the car. If this is the case I will be going to the ombudsman.

A number of warnings:

If you're expecting to find a slick forecourt with second hand cars for sale don't even consider going here. Its a shabby set up in a woods that needs Google maps to find it. That's one way they drive down costs.
Next, if your buying a high end car Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes etc tread with care. Better car sales outlets will give the car a thorough check before putting it on sale. Not here. Check when next service due (expensive with top end cars) plus needs for new brakes, tyres etc. Bravo won't tell you about those. Yes it will have an MoT but that requires MINIMUM standards for a pass but it won't identify all the likely costs. Bravo will "service the car"but to minimum standards ie oil & filter changes. Also don't expect good pre-delivery smartening, a wash yes, but that's it.
Be careful too if they've offered you a px price as they mmay suddenly drop the offer when you come to pick up the new car.
They may look cheap but when you add the extras to bring yout high end car up to spec the cost can increase considerably.
Best advice: look elsewhere.
