We purchased a Mercedes a200d from Nuneaton Car Sales . Within a couple of weeks we noticed the water coolant level warning on . I contacted Car sales and they said any problems would be covered by the £600 worth of extra warranty we purchased at the of buying the car .
turns out it needs a new water pump which is an engine removal job so I brought it too Mercedes main dealer in Coventry to have the work done . Nuneaton Car sales flat refused to honour the warranty !! which left me paying £500 per month for 9 months to Bumper finance on top of the cost of the car finance from Nuneaton car sales. these are the facts .

Fantastic service from Ivan from initially test driving the car, to reserving it and collection. The car was immaculate on collection and ready earlier than expected. Ivan kept us up to date and well informed throughout. Definitely recommend.

Iona has made the buying process very smooth, and has been very friendly throughout the process keeping me updated regularly on how the car has been getting on. Car has also been prepped beautifully on arrival for collection, smells amazing! Dan has also helped out with sorting our finance which is greatly appreciated . A very smooth and easy process, and we have been treated with utmost kindness. Would recommend.

Be careful Buying a car from here and make sure to check it out properly Within two weeks of having my car it went back to the garage for repair not once but twice and still didn't complete all the repairs and there was a few. There was advisory on two previous mots for breaks , which I discussed about having repaired and they told me yes they was done only to receive the car and have the same muggy wornout breaks on it. In the advertisement they said that the electric battery holds 39 miles when in reality it only held 13! Then they finally agreed for a hybrid check for me to pay And they would reimburse which they ended up refusing. Only Good thing I can say is that the staff was polite.

My husband and I turned up to Nuneaton Car Sales as we had seen a car we were interested in on their website and Charlotte kindly arranged for it to be brought over to us. Ivan then showed us another similar car whilst waiting then arranged for a test drive in the car we originally went to see. We loved the car so went ahead with purchasing it and collected it the next day. I picked up a 2021 Peugeot 5008 PureTech Allure, and the entire process was seamless. Ivan in sales was fantastic—no pushy tactics, just honest and reliable customer service. Dan took care of the finance side of things and made everything straightforward and stress-free saved me loads of money by explaining that i could do a Voluntary Termination on my old car instead of adding negative equity to new agreement. Also no admin fee I wouldn't go anywhere else for a used car. Thank you again to the team!
