Amazing service

Brayleys Honda in Colindale is an absolute disgrace and im sure its the same for each of their other sites too!

Both our key fobs had stopped working due to battery replacement so we went to our local Honda dealership for a supposed technically astute person in their parts department who not only opened up the fob but was unable to diagnose the problem and then informed us that it would cost £85 to reprogram the keys with no availability for more than a week yet a local locksmith diagnosed & fixed the problem in less than ten minutes for £10 not £85.

Brayleys are nothing more than snake oil sales people and theres certainly no after care with this company so look elsewhere for all your Honda needs.

Richard was easy to talk .He explained every thing about the car and answered every question we asked. He explained every thing in an easy polite manner and concentrated on us for the whole of the transaction . This was an easy and relaxing process and would recommend Richard any time

Although I find having an MOT on my car an anxious experience, Brayley Honda always has a great welcome and I feel that they are bothered about making me feel at ease when I’m there. In all the years I’ve been going there it’s been the same if I’m there for a car service or buying a new car. I highly recommend giving them a try for buying a vehicle or getting one serviced.

I'm really happy with the service I received when I brought my car in for a service and MOT. Jenifer and Jess were both super helpful and made for a great experience at drop off and collection. Top marks!

Good customer service the two members of staff at the front desk very helpful and professional. Car serviced in a timely manner , no complaints.

Dec 2023 bought 5yr service plan and Hondacare package for £1,200. I sold the car for DVLA enforced and verifiable medical reasons. I hoped that Brayley/Honda might offer a partial prorata refund in these extenuating circumstances where I could no longer use the car.

I was wrong to expect any refund. This, despite the fact that my wife, for whom the car had been bought died in the interim.

Double tragedy for me - big financial win for Brayley/Honda.

The cancellation contractual terms stated are indeed very clear and unforgiving - but I had expected a little sympathy and flexibility. Other manufacturers (eg Nissan) offer a refund less a small admin fee

This rigidity by Brayley/Honda is a great shame - all my previous dealings have been perfect.

What a great service from Axendis Hagitooulou. He got me a good deal in a lovely car. Happy with his honesty and looking out for my interest, well appreciated Axendis.

This is why i have been with them for over 6 years also very reasonable prices.

Having recently bought a car from Brayleys Cars we were really impressed with the car and particularly with the Sales Rep Shay Robinson. He was extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and patient and really went extra mile to in deliver a great service during and after the sale.
