Worst customer service experience ever. Bought a car from them, that's broken down after three weeks with major engine fault.
No courtesy car offered even if it supposed to based on the contract.
Lack of communication for weeks regarding the process of repair.
Refused to buy the car back (within 30 days of purchase), and lied about the relevant legislation.
Offered to buy the car back after Ombudsman investigation started, but was too busy to process it.
Very arrogant unhelpful sales manager (Jerome).
Just altogether a complete nightmare, I would advise everyone to stay away from Brayley Honda Ewell.

Great all round customer and car services

Car service and MOT - all completed in timescales agreed, with everything clearly explained. Staff very helpful. We decided to use Brayleys following a bad experience with another local and unrelated dealer last year, and were not disappointed. Will use again.

This was the second Honda dealer we went to as the previous one had failed to diagnose a persistent problem and given inaccurate information.
The staff at Brayleys were excellent, listening carefully to the details of the problem and persisting until they had found the solution. They were recommended by a friend and we will certainly use them again.

We had had our nearly-four year old Honda Jazz and it was time to replace it. We checked out some other similar cars but came back to the Jazz again and this time made a visit to Brayleys Ewell. Their sales executive Steve was refreshingly honest, down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. His explanations were spot on and we were pleased with the offered part-exchange price for our (very good condition) earlier-model Jazz. At the time, Honda were offering a number of discounts and we were pleased with the eventual deal that Steve facilitated. All-in-all a good experience.

Usual excellent service from Brayleys - my annual service and MoT were delivered effectively and on time. All staff I dealt with both before and on the day were well briefed and pleasant.

Straightforward process from start to finish.
No issue, no faff.

Honda car mechanic Jared explained everything on the phone to me which either needed attention at the time of the service or in the future which was very helpful. Collection & delivery was on time. Sammy dealt with my payment & any questions I had - so no complaints all round.

Went to Leatherhead branch. Very small forecourt but fortunately found a space. Had a 10.30am appointment with 2 cars still head in queue. Very helpful and accommodating with me using their office space and manoeuvring cars when necessary so do I could leave.

The price of the service was clearly stated and communicated before staring the work.
When collecting the car, all the paperwork was ready to speed up the car collection.
I'll definitely use their services again.

Good quality work done on time

Just tried to book my car in for annual service and its first MOT (I am on a 5 year service plan). The MOT is due on 20th September but the garage can't fit me in until 29th September. I was told we text and message people to remind them to make a booking but the only messages I got were to invite me to events selling new cars. Now I have to go to another garage to get my MOT. I am disappointed. I have booked in for the service as there is no point having the service plan if I don't use it.

Was my first visit and was made very welcome we went through what they were going to do, later got a call saying car was ready picked it up went through what they had done. Car was even cleaned inside and out.
Excellent company
