I was very pleased with my car after its service. Fresh and sparkling it drove beautifully as it always does. I was also pleased that I didn’t have too long a wait for it to be ready.

Excellent and efficient work in servicing my Honda Civic. In particular, I would like to commend Mr Hardik Parikh of the Hendon branch of Brayleys. He attended to my needs with care and attention.

Quick, easy check in.
Work turnaround as stated and car delivered efficiently.
Job booking was not satisfactory…confusing and awkward.

My recent Honda experience was great for all the staff I dealt with, in identifying and fixing my issues and keeping my car secure, I couldn't have asked for better services. I was astonished to find by design of the car that there is an antenna in the rear bumper; so if hit without any visible damage to the bumper and you're not present, you would be none the wiser and this can lead to such mayhem of not being able to lock the car and the dashboard symbol on googling implying fob battery change. I'd get a bumper sensor broken if the car has been hit, but not the full locking system of the car. HONDA MANUFACTURE - MOVE THE ANTEENA TO A LESS VULNERABLE LOCATION.

Not within public knowledge but widely known to Brayleys, Hendon is that an IT upgrade at Bracknell has, for months caused numerous problems and I was one of the latest to experience their incompetence.

I have an open complaint recorded by Jodie on 23/06/25 and acknowledged by Rija on 25/06/25 (0345 200 800 -option 3) and am still waiting for a response along with a 'promised' email that has never arrived.

Whilst receiving numerous emails regarding the evolution of the vehicle ordered, additional products and promo's at no time was I asked to pay the outstanding balance and when I pressed offering the payment no one was able to facilitate taking the payment until I had made (approx) 20 phone calls/10 emails whilst being passed from one person to another. I wasted many hours trying to achieve something that, I am now told was not possible due to ongoing IT problems.

Madalina Meianu at Hendon finally arranged for the appropriate link to be sent to me and I paid less than 24 hours before the handover that I was notified of 10 days before !

Colin, the showroom manger at Hendon was also involved and knows of my dissatisfaction.

On this forum can I ask what is happening about my complaint please ?

Was booked in for a service.
Left the car at at 8am, got a call to pick it up just after mid day.
It was also given a wash & clean.
No complaints.

Smooth, professional and courteous service from Honda Brayleys

I recently took my Honda CR‑V Hybrid for its scheduled service at Honda Brayleys, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The team were extremely polite, professional, and efficient — everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

The service was completed promptly, and I was kept fully informed throughout. The paperwork provided was clear, easy to understand, and itemised any work carried out and associated costs in a very transparent way. I appreciated being able to check everything over with confidence.

Highly recommend Honda Brayleys for anyone looking for a reliable and courteous dealership service. I’ll definitely be returning.

I bought my car at this branch and never had any issues. I've always felt confident I could leave anything in the car and it would still be there after work was completed.
However, on this occasion, a whole bunch of coins had been 'taken'. I was shocked and very disappointed.
This disappearance has put me off going back to this branch in Hendon let alone buy anything more from them.
I appreciate the response but it's not accurate. The missing items were the supermarket trolley tokens. Yes, I had many but someone from Brayleys clearly removed new tokens and left only old ones that don't work anymore.
I'm sure the person who did this thought the customer wouldn't complain as its of little value but I did and was surprised by the denial.
A person telephoned me and said no one has reported anything like this before. That may be but it doesn't mean such things haven't happened. It may be that people just haven't reported such issues before.
It's horrible Shane that such an act has soured by relationship with Brayleys Hendon.

Efficient and friendly service

Excellent service. Very efficient, polite and friendly. Very pleasant experience overall

While the quality of the service itself was acceptable, the process of making contact with the service and booking team was extremely frustrating. The phone system is ineffective — calls are left unanswered despite being kept on hold for over 30 minutes. There is no follow-up, and it's virtually impossible to speak to someone directly if you have a query or would like to talk to them when the car is with them.

Once the car is with the service team, communication breaks down completely. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and there’s no way to speak to someone to get an update or to query something. I am well aware that the car is in for the whole day but I should be able to talk to someone. This is unacceptable.

Previously, there was a receptionist who ensured calls were answered and follow-ups were made when necessary. That system clearly worked far better. The current lack of communication and customer support is a serious letdown and gives the impression that customer care is no longer a priority.

Due to this poor experience, I am unlikely to return for future servicing or MOTs. I would strongly recommend addressing these communication failures as they significantly undermine trust in your service.

Brayleys Hendon treated me very well as a Motability customer.... they even gave me a loan car.

The whole process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. A special mention goes to Paul, who looked after me exceptionally well — he was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was kept informed throughout. It’s always reassuring to deal with people who clearly take pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend your service to others. Many thanks again!

Everything run smooth without much issue. One suggestion service department was very busy answering call. it would be good if this can be look into.

I was very lucky to have met Ram when I bought my car at Brayley Honda Hendon recently.
Ram was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with great patience and at the same time giving great honest advice too. He made the process smooth and easy, and I felt comfortable throughout.
Ram was also a good listener and went above and beyond to find a car that met my needs and he provided an exceptional level of customer service. He even emailed me couple days after to check if I was enjoying the car.
If only all car salespeople are at his standards.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
