I dealt with Clarence Young who was a very good salesman who listened to what I wanted to buy. However my experience of the back office procedures were not so good. I felt I had to constantly chase up the registration of the car before I could insure it. Questions by email were left unanswered.

Excellent Service - car was serviced and cleaned. No cost to me as it was fully covered by a service plan.

From the moment I called to book an appointment the the actual time my car was returned the people at Brayles Leatherhead are polite, helpful, and extremely informative to any questions I asked.

I bought a well priced low mileage used Honda Jazz from Brayleys in Leatherhead at the end of 2024 - it's going very well after a few months of driving. Everything from arranging a test drive to purchasing the car was handled in a friendly efficient manner by Amanda and her colleagues and it was well worth the effort of driving up from the south coast to test drive & buy the Jazz. Ten out of ten all round.

We found a car through Honda UK and everything was done over the phone with Clarence and Phil at Brayleys Honda leatherhead. It was so simple, we were kept informed about everything along the way and arranged to collect the car a week later. Upon arrival it was sat ready to go, nice and clean and presented very very well.

My experience with Brayley Cars was very brief, but I was extremely impressed with the professional way Amanda dealt with the purchase of my car. She was very personable, patient and helpful, and we reached a deal with which I am very satisfied. I’m hoping to have many years of trouble-free motoring ahead!
