I bought my car from Brayleys Leatherhead and have recently had it serviced by them. All the team were superb from the office staff who kept me informed of progress throughout to the person cleaning and basically valeting it after the service. It looked great!

I waited until I had purchased my car (Honda CRV) to write a review just in case the team slipped up! I waited in vain!

I can honestly say that the customer service I received from both Clarence & Phil has been second to none, in all industries I’ve dealt with recently. Nothing was too much trouble, they entertained my silly demand of not picking up my car until my number plate was on it! Picked me up from the station when I went to collect my new car & did I mention that they also found the car to my specifications too.

Such a lovely team (sales & service) & I'm so grateful to have found them which incidentally occurred when I took my previous car in for a service because I had poor customer service at the Ewell branch (which is closer to me)

Brayleys Leatherhead should be used for customer service training because they are a shining example of it.

Brilliant dealer very helpful staff and a pleasure to deal with. They have been our dealer for 19years and we are on our 4th Honda Jazz we would never change.

I bought my Honda Jazz from Honda in Leatherhead 14 years ago and have had excellent service and maintenance ever since. I have an extended Service Warranty paid monthly which is helpful in managing the Annual Servicing bill.

The sales team were helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I thought the deal was fair.

First time using the service department at Leatherhead. Tina and her colleague were professional, polite and engaging. The service was about 3 hours which is fine but the location does not lend itself to walking anywhere if you have to wait. That said there is a cafe over the road and seats and drinks machine at Brayleys.

Brayleys Honda of leatherhead was the only Branch who offered me a Pick-Up-& Return Service Free of Charge ( Waived) (washed & vacuumed inside) since they have taken over from Thames Honda, to which i really appreciated. Tina & Colin were very polite & professional, therefore that is where i will now have my Honda Jazz Serviced & M-O-T in future, What a difference it made to my day, due to those two members of staff, Thank you both, you got my Custom from now on, Philip

When I booked the car the booking process was simple and very efficient. I was made aware of the process for the day my car was mot and serviced. The collection driver driver phone to let me know when he arrived following a call to let me know they were on their way and he made me aware that he would phone me when he was back and confirmed that was okay with me. He also checked he was okay to leave his car in my work car park, he was a lovely personable man, I was very impressed and so pleased I arranged collection and return and would do again. Exceptionally good service

Great service, collected, called with update then dropped off as stated, with very clean car. Thank you. The only reason that I have given 4 stars is trying to get though on the phone to book appointment took around 18 calls before I got though (over 5 days)! The phone messaging service needs updating.

Booking the car in was quick and easy. There were a couple of additional items that needed attention, so I agreed to them and the work went ahead. Not cheap, hence experience was not 5*

Very pleased with service on my Honda Jazz carried out by Brayley Honda Leatherhead. Car returned running beautifully and spotless. Tina & Colin were really helpful from booking in to return of vehicle. Seamless operation and would recommend without hesitation. Really nice people to do business with.
