Shockingly bad communication...
I took my Kia Niro into Brayley Kia because the petrol cap wouldn't open.
I was told the new part would take 2 to 3 days and they would be in touch.
After 5 days of hearing nothing I rang and was told the service dept would ring me back - nothing.
Rang back 3 days later and was told the service dept would ring back - guess what? nothing.
Rang back after 5 more days and was told I'd been booked in for the part to be fitted - nobody had bothered to tell me .
Dropped the car off and got a call saying the car was ready.
Went to pick it up - car wasn't ready .
I really don't know if I've been lied to - why tell me the car was ready when it wasn't?
Now I have to drop the car off again - this issue has now been going on for over a month!
I feel really badly treated.

Was easy to drop off and pick up with no delays.

Chris Morgan has consistently offered a great customer service

My car was serviced and then cleaned inside and out. Any issues were highlighted to me on the service sheet.

Just checked my service book for second yearly service (26/09/24) from buying car new from them and found that book had not been stamped and when they sent me an invoice copy today they had completely got the mileage incorrect. Not just the one mistake but two - sloppy

Great customer service from the staff and I always pick up my car after service when it has been cleaned. I highly recommend the dealership.

As usual both Tracey and Kayla were warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I had hurt my back and my mobility was slow . They ensured that I didn’t have to walk far to get my car following my service and MOT.
I always find the team extremely attentive to their customers needs .

The salesman at enfield kia was very professional, Chris Morgan explained everything i asked in as much detail and information as he possibly could and thats what made me stay with and purchase a kia

Also the lady a reception Very rude,telling me that my warranty was voided? On what grounds
Then she refused to help me and said take my car somewhere else
And left the reception
me standing embarrassed
People looking at me
They never return our call
Refused to do any extras when I ask with my own money
Returned car a few times for faults
Some faults are still existing
My opinion take your vehicle to another approved garage
Asked for service pack
Was told that someone will get back to me but guess what Nope!!
So we called them , they said can't have it because I need to pay for this coming service first

Wanted to say a huge thank you to Chris and Marcus from Bradley Kia Enfield. Tragically my wife lost her father just before Christmas and have the funeral on Thursday. Unfortunately the windscreen wiper fluid stopped working on the car on Saturday which was a worry as we need to travel to Leicester and use the car for the funeral. I emailed Chris late Saturday asking if any chance could try to fix. Got a phone call response almost immediately offering full support. With Marcus’s help I took the car in today at short notice and waited just 90 mins for them to fix and repair a split pipe. Very relieved. Superb service at a time of obvious need - thank you!!

But warning light came on washer fluid low though this would have been checked on service

Have been with Enfield Garage for the past 3-4 years. Because of the past great customer service, I called to enquire about service plans for our car. Very helpful staff and arranged the plan to suit my budget. Now looking forward to Brayleys looking after our car.

Front desk team were incoherent in their explanations which led to me having to take my car to them three times for an orange light on the dashboard- still not fixed! Dawn was extremely rude in her response to me and stormed off in a huff when I kept on insisting that she explain to me how it is possible that she claims to have called several times telling me not to come in for the repair as the part they were fitting was allegedly stolen during a break in. Suffice to say, there were no messages left on my answerphone. I wasted another morning being messed around by front desk team. I wish that I could just get someone else to do the job but the MOT is due in early January and I am stuck. I can see the iceberg up ahead and I am afraid to say that there is no avoiding it. Extremely frustrating after sale care and to make it worse the front desk team are prancing about with impunity and are clearly unable to provide a competent service. Shame that I can't leave a zero rating.

Extremely poor after purchase service. The sales teams are indifferent and the front desk team are incompetent.

Had Kia EV booked in for work to windscreen washer which wasn't spraying windscreen effectively, and software update. All done as expected, and advised the nature of the problem upon collection. Both completed same day.

I had to keep chasing for updates
No-one answered the phone calls so had to leave multiple messages
Eventually they called me back
Will think carefully before going there again...

The tyres pressures were very over inflated during service, was like driving a road roller over bumps all the way home! Had to reset all, to the best of my ability! The dash board display was messed up, only showing all four tyres pressure all different and all over the place! Very disappointed, Perhaps using fully trained employees would be of benefit? The rear luggage retractable cover was incorrectly repositioned (only refitted one side the other just bounced about!).
