Had my first Service and MOT for my Sorento after having bought it second hand from here last year. Very happy, helpful and knowledgeable staff, provided me with useful information to extend my service plan for an additional two years saving me money in the long run.

Booked my car for service and investigation of a worrying noise. I was told to drop the car off in the morning for an all day appointment. My car was not even touched until 2.30pm - neither the service nor investigation was started. Once finished - the service advisor came running after me with a "verbal" health check report. I have not been sent any health check document nor have I received a CITnow video around the car to highlight any issues. The service advisor even proceeded to tell me I urgently need to change my tyre because it has been cut down to the cord. All of this should have been videod and sent to me. I then discovered that the issue was still present while in the car park and told the service advisor to listen to it and they fobbed it off as a common sound in all cars. I have worked in the motor trade for KIA for 5 years (2020-2025) so I know what to expect and I know this sound is not common. The noise is still present and how could they think starting after 2.30pm would allow them to properly diagnose and road test and order parts if needed. I was then told that it was just a junior technician that looked at my car and if the problem is still there it would need to be seen by a master technician (who was onsite).

Very swift and efficient turnaround of my vehicle having dropped it off for its yearly service.

The staff who booked me has good customer care skills. The service was completed in good time. I was impressed to find my car washed and the inside cleaned as well.

Always excellent for service, from booking car in, dropping off and collection. Friendly, efficient and helpful team. Fair prices and fully broken down quotes for work to be done. I recommend them highly - bought my Kia from them 7 years ago and warranty only just running out with car still in exellent condition! I have always been treated like a valued customer!

My new car is a lease car and it was supplied by Bradley’s Cars, Enfield. Everything went smoothly and everything happened when they said it would - very pleased.

Buying a new car can be a daunting experience, however we were taken through the whole experience with clear and informative information. The trade in on both our cars was fair compared to other companies. We are now driving our new car and we are more than satisfied with the end result.

I wish I could give a zero-star rating.
After reading several one-star reviews, I can honestly say that my experience reflects many of the same concerns raised by other customers.
The customer service at Kia Enfield has been extremely disappointing. I was initially promised that my vehicle would be repaired, but my appointment was changed twice in September 2025. On each occasion, I was given inconsistent explanations — first that the required part had not arrived, and later that the original price quoted was incorrect and that the repair would cost more. This lack of transparency and professionalism was very concerning.
After multiple attempts to resolve the matter by phone, I was eventually provided with the email details of the manager, ADEL ALDOUS. I contacted her and received a response in October 2025 stating:
“I am currently waiting for the painting to be priced so that I can give you a complete cost and secure booking date. As soon as I have the complete cost I will be back in contact to discuss the costs.”
That response was sent in October 2025. Today’s date is 4 March 2026, and I am still waiting for an update. It is extremely difficult to understand how it can take several months to obtain pricing information. The prolonged delay and complete lack of follow-up demonstrate a serious disregard for customer service.
I sincerely hope that someone at Kia Head Office reviews this complaint and asks ADEL ALDOUS to provide an explanation for the handling of this matter.
One thing is certain: I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Kia Enfield.
Finally, I kindly ask Kia Enfield not to respond to this review with a generic apology. If genuine concern had been shown, I would have been contacted or at least kept informed throughout this process.

Terry was very helpful during the whole process of buying our new car. We would thoroughly recommend Brayleys but in particular Terry. Not at all pushy like some other dealers.

I recently had my car serviced at Brayleys, Enfield and once again received excellent service from start to finish.
Dawn booked my car in during the morning and was extremely informative and friendly. She made the whole process straightforward, clearly explaining everything and ensuring I felt confident about the service being carried out.
When I returned to collect my car later in the day, Adel handled the pick-up. She was very polite, helpful, and professional throughout. She is always lovely to deal with and consistently provides outstanding customer service.
No issues with the service, they sent me a video of tyres, disc pads and brakes which is a great idea. Car was cleaned, which is fantastic.
Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brayleys Enfield to others.

This was my 7th service with Kia, but unfortunately this recent experience has been disappointing.

During my latest service, the checklist confirmed that tyre condition and pressures had been checked. However, the following day the vehicle failed its MOT due to a major defect — a cut in the rear tyre exposing the internal cords. This was not related to tread depth but a visible cut on the outer sidewall of the tyre, which raises concerns about how thorough the visual inspection during the service actually was.

The tyre pressures recorded after the service were also inconsistent (39 / 39 / 37 / 41 psi), rather than being adjusted evenly in line with manufacturer recommendations, suggesting that pressures may only have been briefly checked rather than properly set.

In addition, the vehicle was returned without being washed, which had normally been included during previous services.

After the MOT failure, I returned to the Kia dealership last Saturday to raise the issue. A member of staff sent an email to the service team in front of me and assured me that I would receive a call back on Monday. Unfortunately, no one contacted me, and as of Thursday I have still received no follow-up or response.

After seven services with Kia, I expected a more consistent level of inspection, customer care, and communication from an authorised dealership. The lack of follow-up has been particularly disappointing.

Service and MOT completed by early afternoon which was really helpful for my day

Even though I have to travel a distance, I wouldn’t use any other dealer. Each department works to the same high standards, whether it’s sales or service. The team are extremely efficient and friendly.

Prior to the point of sale nothing is too much but after when you realise the necessary instruction manual and service history are not with the car and other promised issues are not resolved one has to question the all important after sales service.
