Quick easy process, Jordan was particularly helpful. Would definitely use Brayleys again.

Service was completed without any issues and without need for me to return the vehicle. It was a bit pricey though!

All work completed as specified. Car return clean and running better than before the service.

Booked a while you wait appointment was told 2.5 hrs job done in 1.5 hrs so all good car washed and hovered after and job done well no hassle booking process again easy !!! .

Great service as usual. BUT... It was my first time using the collection option and am very disappointed/angry that both driver (collecting & dropping off) were doing 40+mph in a 30mph zone. Recorded on dashcam & saved. Customers entrust their vehicles to you, pay you for the service and expect that while the vehicle is in your care you don't break traffic laws.

Aweful. Took car in for service and then had issues as nuts not correctly tightened... Then got charged to get them tightened! Service has changed over the years!

I dropped my car in for a safety recall yesterday, it was an all day appoint so I arranged a courtesy car from Braley. The internal condition of the courtesy vehicle was nothing short of disgraceful. Rubbish on the back seat, grass cuttings and other rubbish in the foot wells, finger marks on the windscreen. The central consul around the gearstick looked like a jam doughnut had been rubbed around it. The only positive was it was so bad the person on the service desk after inspection was genuinely embarrassed.

Happy to recommend Brayley and in particular Giacomo, who was an excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and the finance and with a great friendly manner. He is a real asset to the team.

My Mazda CX-5 was collected within the agreed time frame and the skilled / professional staff and mechanics at Brayleys completed a full annual service and MOT! I was phoned and informed that everything scheduled had been completed and that no issues were found and that my car was on its way back to me!!
