I recently had my car with Nissan for over 12 weeks while they worked to diagnose and repair the problem. The car needed a new fuel pump, a new ECM and some new wiring to get everything working correctly again.

Although it was a long process, I was really pleased with the way Nissan handled everything. They explained the process to me clearly, including what the worst-case scenario could be, so I knew what to expect.

Throughout the time they had my car, they kept me updated whenever they carried out work or had any new information. I was especially impressed with Kelly, who was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable whenever I spoke to her.

Overall, I felt well looked after and kept informed throughout what was quite a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Nissan for the way they dealt with me and kept me updated throughout the repair. Thank you to Kelly and the team for all your help.

Ive have leased or owned nissan cars for years bought and serviced from different dealers.
After a breakdown the RAC struggled to get my usual dealership to answer the phone and direct him regarding the technician advice needed
He suggested this dealer as he had a really good history of them being 5 star for drivers and even better for women who may feel vulnerable, ripped off or spoken down to by some staff in garages.
My experience on that occasion led me to book my car for its service instead of the dealer I leased the car through originally.

Great deal with friendly staff and a good 1 year guarantee

I recently bought a used Nissan Qashqai 1.5 e-POWER N-Connecta from Brayleys Nissan Altrincham, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car came with a genuinely comprehensive approved-used package — 12-month warranty, 100-point Nissan technician inspection, roadside assistance, and exchange protection — which gave me real confidence in the purchase.

A special mention to David Millington, who looked after my sale. He was consistently customer-centric throughout — when I raised a few points after viewing the car (a missing boot cover, some minor scratches, and a brake noise I wanted checked), he took every concern seriously and made sure they were addressed ahead of collection rather than brushing them off.

His communication was transparent throughout — clear, responsive, and straightforward, which made a big difference when buying a used car and wanting to feel confident in the condition and history of the vehicle. It’s the kind of experience that makes you trust the dealership, not just the deal.

Disappointed the pre test parking available on site was in very short supply. Would expect enough dedicated pre MOT parking area for customers without having to search car sales car park for any slots.

Outstanding service from Nissan Altrincham

I recently purchased a silver 2019 SEAT Ateca from Nissan Altrincham for my daughter, and I have to say that the service I received from start to finish was exceptional.

I’d previously been let down by a couple of other garages where cars I had reserved had apparently been sold before I’d even arrived. My experience with Nissan Altrincham was the complete opposite.

From the moment I first made contact, Rhys was fantastic. He called me, kept me updated throughout the process, and stayed in touch by phone, email and text. He was professional, responsive and extremely helpful without ever putting me under any pressure.

What really impressed me was the preparation and attention to detail. Rhys went through the service history with me and made sure the car had received a full service. They went above and beyond by carrying out the gearbox service, changing the spark plugs and taking care of all the little things that show a dealership genuinely cares about the car they are selling.

The car itself was superbly prepared. It had four matching Michelin tyres, rather than the usual mixture of cheaper brands you sometimes find on used cars. It was absolutely spotless, had been valeted twice and was even given another valet on the day I collected it.

On top of all that, I was without transport on collection day, and Nissan Altrincham actually sent a driver out to pick me up and take me to the dealership. It’s those little touches that make a huge difference. I genuinely felt that I was being looked after rather than simply being treated as another sale.

The car was advertised at a fair and reasonable price, so there was no need for any haggling, and I was more than happy to pay the advertised price. There was no hard-pressure selling either. I was able to take the car out for a proper test drive, it drove brilliantly, and everything was exactly as described.

Most importantly, my daughter is absolutely delighted with the car, and I’m equally delighted with the experience of buying it.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I believe that when a company gets things right, credit is due. So, a big thank you and shout-out to Nissan Altrincham, and especially to Rhys, for making the whole experience so straightforward and enjoyable.

When the time comes to change a car again, Nissan Altrincham will be the first place I go back to.

I wish all car dealerships were like this. Highly recommended.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customer service was impeccable. The showroom is bright, clean and comfortable with refreshments available if you have to wait for your vehicle, although I was seen straight away both when I dropped my car off and collected. A courtesy car was made available for me and I was kept informed of my cars progress through both calls and texts. Not the usual waiting around and hassle of taking your car in to the dealership I’ve experienced at other dealerships
