Great service as usual from Brayleys (formerly Westway Nissan ) in Oldham.
Thoroughly recommend Brayleys for their customer care when carrying out routine maintenance and MOT on our Nissan Juke. Work completed promptly, good communication, courteous reception staff, and car ready for collection at agreed time. All jobs carried out satisfactorily, and car cleaned inside and out! Thanks

Efficient, friendly service.
Zane was very friendly, down to earth, and not too 'salesie'. He was very informative and managed to get us a deal we were happy with.
We were kept in touch with throughout the process, before and after the sale.
All was delt with quickly and efficiently.
The only thing that wasn't great wasn't Zane's, or the garages fault. The finance company closed early on the day of our arranged pick up without telling them so we had to wait a few more days.
I could perhaps have done with a slightly more thorough handover, to explain things like the difference between the D and B gears, for example, but Zane did say I could ring with any questions.

Excellent service, Mo listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices, even remembered my birthday. Couldn’t recommend this branch enough.

10/10 Simeon has been absolutely amazing!! Got my new car tonight in mint condition. Didn’t feel pushed into anything. Felt like I was listened too. Catered for mine & my family needs!! Excellent service
Excellent service, my cars service and work ran over schedule, so they went over and above finding me a courtesy car, as I drive for work. Reasonable price and my car cam back nice and shiny . Thankyou .

CON- CHARGED £300 FOR AN SD CARD…
CON- CHARGED £300 FOR AN SD CARD UPDATE. WOULDNT DO ANYTHING TO THE CAR FOR THE FIRST INITIAL HOURS DIAGNOSTIC FEE AND DEMANDED £300 INSTEAD. ASKED FOR IT TO BE DOCUMENTED WHY THEY FEEL 1 HOUR ISNT SUFFICIENT, NOT SUPPLIED. ASKED FOR SOFTWARE VERSIONS PRE AND POST UPDATE, NOT SUPPLIED.

Ongoing costs and frustration
Had a service 6 weeks ago and paid almost 400 quid for it. Within a day or two, key fob lost battery and after replacing battery, it deprogrammed from the vehicle. Took it back to Nissan who checked and said keys were fine. Wouldnt work again. Had to book it in for maintenance which cost me 150 quid. Now told change of key needed which was another 350. Couldn’t believe keys weren’t checked as part of the service. Now have to book it in again for key replacement. Also drove away from showroom and all tyres now flashing low pressure after being checked in the maintenance check hours before.

Excellent, prompt and thorough service again.
Another first class service from Brayley’s. Took car in for a replacement part,and the job was done in 30 mins, and a winter brake and tyre check done. Video of winter safety check sent to phone. Reassuring and excellent service.
All dealings I have had with Brayley’s so far have been excellent.
Staff as always were very welcoming and helpful. You get the feeling that the staff really enjoy working there, and it shows in the customer service.
