Service and MOT carried out in a timely manner. However I am extremely disappointed that the collection and delivery service is no longer available.

I recently booked my car in for a major service and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The booking process was seamless, and the proactive reminder emails made everything easy to manage.

Check-in was quick and professional. A special thanks to Harry, the technician who worked on my vehicle; he was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a detailed video explaining every aspect of the inspection. It’s rare to get that level of transparency and expertise. Great service all around—I’ll definitely be back.

I brought car in for a service last Friday and asked about a courtesy wash and was told that Brayleys no longer offer this service.
I was a bit disappointed as when Westway operated this franchise they did offer this.
It’s the little touches like this that make the difference.It wouldn’t take much to reinstate this service and make the customer choose Brayley instead of another Nissan dealer

Very quick change over for courtesy car, after dropping my motability car for its first MOT

Brayleys phoned up to say a service was due so it was booked in by them. Took the car in and an easy check in process only real problem was how little room to manoeuvre and park but there was a small tow truck dropping off so don't know if that was the problem or how much room there was beyond it! Left it there and they phoned to say it was ready after a couple of hours. Easy process.

as promised this is my second review. your sales person Mohammed Miah has been great. he has made everything easy to understand and answered all my questions with honesty to make my purchase go through smoothly, my car was delivered last night by Mohammed in person, thanks for everything Mohammed five star in my book

Mo is brilliant, listens to what we want and what we can afford and gets us what we need, explains everything in simple terms that we can understand

Great communication, friendly and informative staff, prompt and quick service

From arrival and leaving the vehicle to picking it up on completion of the work it was an enjoyable experience.
Down side was that the valeting service was no longer offered.
