my only problem was setting up my profile on the qashqai computer. first 5 tries were unsuccessful, i had to sit and go through and complete each stage and complete the profile before it would save on the computer even though there were options to set up later. the computer would not recognise me or my phone until i set up everything in full

Over the years i have bought probably eight or more nissan cars. I find them very good quality with a syylish interior. I spoke with Simeon about changing my car. We looked at a few options. I told him i would get back to him by saturday. I prefer a salesman that isn't too pushy as that makes me walk away.

Jack was a great help to me and my husband who both purchased cars on the same visit. Very knowledgeable, supportive and kept in good contact throughout the purchase and beyond

The problem with my car was not attended to They didn’t say why the orange traction light was permanently on.They only did an MOT of the car and told me all the faults with the car and repairs will cost about £1,400.

I have been using the Nissan Oldham ( Brayleys Cars ) since 2019 and have found them very reliable and satisfactory.
Very friendly and professional people to deal with.

Nothing was resolved and I was advised by the service manager and a very rude technician to read the hand book. The car is still sticking in neutral and has done so three times in the last week alone. This is a car that is 5 months old. Emails are ignored and it’s very difficult to get through by phone to the service department

Cannot praise highly enough the team at Bradley's in Oldham. From arranging a viewing, test drive, agreeing a price, sorting all my concerns and collection of the car was all seamless. And when the sales person, Yasin,rang two days later to make sure I was happy with the car, I just had to ring the Sales Manager, Phil, and personally thank him. Yasin was absolutely brilliant, kind, friendly and extremely professional.

Great customer service & turnaround.
Could not give 5 stars as the Brayley branch in Manchester (Great Ancoats) gave a complimentary valet & wash.
This is probably why I may return to the Manchester branch next time.
