I ordered a pocket watch from Brelsen. The inner case was loose when it arrived reported it to Brelsen who replaced it very quickly. very happy with the pocket watchand the service.

Horrible customer support! I ordered a pocket watch in time for the Holidays to surprise my husband. Not only did it not arrive in time but when I reached out to them (a number of times) they were very slow to respond - took days no matter how I reached out (via email, Facebook, or their website). When they did respond to me it was very limited and not very helpful. My order did not even leave their store until after the Holidays! I will not order from them again.

It came quicker than expected. Got it as a gift for my Son, and he absolutely loves it, it's a beautiful watch, with immaculate attention to detail. If you love beautiful things then this company is for you.

BUYER BEWARE!

Not happy with this watch in the slightest. It is made from the cheapest material. The front plastic covering the dial is loose and makes a lot of noise. There are visible fingerprints within the watch. The outside stainless steel casing of the watch is stained and dirty. The front casing does not seal shut properly and leaves a huge gap. I have enquired about a refund and put in a PayPal dispute. This is the furthest thing from a quality product. I am certainly getting every penny back for this horrendous product. Terrible Christmas present.

Please, if you want these watches buy them from AliExpress for a fraction of the price, they are simply cheap Chinese watches. No more than 10 dollars in value max. Definitely not premium or high end. Don't be stupid like me and believe everything they claim on the Brelsen website.

The watch is not even branded, as shown on the website! False advertising! SCAM!
