Ordered two engraved Dartington crystal Swarovski gin glasses. They arrived within the two day period promised. One of them was smashed to pieces, probably by Royal Mail.
Customer service replied promptly to my email and promised to replacement which was put in the post the same day. Customer service and after sales our 2nd to none and the product that we received was better than we expected. Enough said.

We've had a few personalised engraved gifts from this company. The gifts are gorgeous, engraved beautiful. Presentation boxes wonderful. . I would highly recommend this company. They kept me informed with progress etc Delivered on time l

There was a small error in the engraving on a personalised photo frame ordered for my daughter's wedding gift. Maddie in Customer Services very promptly replied to my email and was most apologetic, offering to send another frame out that afternoon for next day delivery. The second frame arrived as promised the following day and it is perfect - my daughter and her new husband absolutely love it and can't wait to choose one of their official wedding photos to display in their beautiful oak frame. I cannot recommend Engravers Guild highly enough, both for the service provided and the quality of the product.

Ordered pocket watch engraved for my son’s wedding day present. Package arrived via Royal Mail and cardboard packaging empty, either came out during delivery process or taken? Inside apology bag from Royal Mail. I emailed EG customer contact and explained how upset I was as a present for wedding that week. Lovely email sent by them saying they would send replacement straight out and would be with me next day, which it was. Watch is amazing and great quality. Double hunter pocket watch chrome plated. Definitely recommend and cannot wait for my son to see it. Excellent customer service, which is only known when you have a problem.

Delivery was on time and my order was exactly what we were looking for and high quallity, I will definately shop with Engravers Guild Limited again.

This company is in my opinion exceptional. I ordered an engraved gift and by mistake ordered two. The customer support was excellent and they amended the order immediately, also keeping me up to date on the engraving process and estimated delivery time. The communication was friendly and extremely helpful. I intend using the company again in future and can recommend it to anyone interested in quality and excellent service. We loved the product from the outset. Ordered a pocket watch with some engraving on the back, it turned up within a matter of a few days.
Gave it the once over, and put it away due to being a wedding gift. On the day of the wedding the groom, went to change the time and the adjustment screw came away and we couldn’t fix it.
I got in touch with the guys at EGL. They sent a link for us to get the watch back, from us posting back to them sending a replacement watch with the original engraving on it was LESS THAN FIVE DAY!!
If that isn’t damn good customer service then I don’t know what is?!! We simply cannot thank the team enough. If only every company had a customer service system like this the world would be a much happier place.

After ordering a wrong item, I re-ordered the correct one and e-mailed the company explaining that I needed the item urgently. Less than 48hrs later my item was delivered in time for my grandson's 21st birthday. Excellent Customer Service especially Maddie who kept me informed the whole time which I really appreciated.

Wow, the team at Engravers Guild went above and beyond for me as I requested some additional assistance with my order. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Above and beyond! Purchased a watch for Best Man for my wedding. All brilliant and easy to do! Delivery company had incorrect address and problem delivering! Nobody’s fault more mine! That said Maddie was world class in supporting and getting this resolved before the big event! Went to the end of the world to make sure I got it on time! Rather than just playing the normal customer care line, she was in constant contact making sure I was updated and what she was doing to get me this special delivery! This is the second time I have purchased a personalised oak frame.
The latest frame I wanted was initially out of stock but Maddie updated the site for me and I was able to continue my order. I had a further request which again Maddie helped me with. Everytime I emailed her I received an immediate reply. Her customer service and professionalism is excellent and is an asset to the company

I ordered a pair of beautiful Dartington Crystal gin glasses with a personalised logo and engraving. The engraving is top quality and I am delighted with the finished product, which is a very special gift for someone.
Engravers guild was quick to respond to my questions and offer advice on my artwork. Communication before, during and after my order was outstanding and they delivered on every level .
I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

I ordered a personalized gift for my boss’s retirement party this Saturday, relying on the company’s claim of 3–5 working days delivery. Naturally, I expected the parcel to actually arrive within that timeframe.
Instead, on the fifth day I received an email saying the product is only ready for collection, while the company operates Monday to Friday only. This means I won’t receive it in time for the event, making the gift completely useless.
“Delivery in 3–5 working days” should mean the customer receives the order within that period, not that it is merely prepared or dispatched on day five. This feels very misleading.
I would strongly recommend not relying on their delivery estimates if you need something by a specific date.

I had a last minute wish to get locket cufflinks engraved and pictures inserted and got in touch with Lovelox Lockets ( Engravers Guild ) and they absolutely nailed it! It wasn't easy either, there were 3 sets of cufflinks, total of 10 pictures required in them and all engraved. All this was achieved in 2 days and the cufflinks are simply stunning! This meant that both my sons and I were wearing beautiful matching cufflinks to my wife's funeral. I am so impressed with the quality and service. If it were my business I would be very proud of it.
