Bought the watch and I was originally impressed. It looked great. Within 2 weeks it stopped working. Tried to get a replacement or refund from the company. They told me to return it at my cost. Then I heard nothing from them. They didn't respond to my emails so it was pretty much a waste of money. Too bad because I liked the watch.

I ordered the double hunter, gold, mechanical, version of this watch. It arrived within a couple of weeks and has been working perfectly so far. It seems to gain about two minutes over a period of a week. I plan on leaving it as it is for another few weeks-think of it as 'running in.' Then I'll adjust it using the regulator. I remember having to adjust wristwatches and clocks on a daily basis when I was younger, so I don't see this as a failing, particularly for a watch that is relatively inexpensive. It looks great and is a pleasure to wear with a waistcoat.

The brelsen watch that I received for a Christmas present is absolutely beautiful. Not only is it beautiful but it’s very well made and works wonderfully. I absolutely recommend this product to every. :)

I ordered a silver pocket watch. Got one in black instead. Not what I ordered. Decided it was not worth the cost of returning it for replacement. Was advised that someone would follow up my complaint and get back to me. Which never happened.
Anyway I found that the watch I received didn't work anyway.
At the very low sales price of around $69 dollars I probably got what I paid for. I reckon it is not worth the cost of pursuing this matter for a replacement. So it will be a case of 'into the bin , Jim.' and chalking it up to a bad on line purchase experience.

The order system was so easy, my watch came within the time stated and was exactly as described, I ordered it for my son on his wedding day, just know he will love it, so glad I went to this company for it, would definitely recommend them.

I will never purchase anything from this company again. The watch that was to be a Christmas present for my Grandson did not work. It was broken when we received it. I tried several times to contact the company for information on how to get the watch replaced but never received a response.

This was a 20th anniversary gift for my husband. It is an unusual and well made watch.
The company were great at responding quickly to my queries after I’d ordered and I will happily use them again. Great service, thank you.

Save the money and buy a $30 one off Amazon. After 5 days the time would be off by 8-9min (behind). I emailed them and they said that is perfectly normal. Personally to me that's not quality. And they would not take it back to refund me.

I purchased the pocket watch for my husband for our 25th Anniversary and it more than met my expectations! He absolutely loves it and it is made of very high quality and keeps great time! The engraving was beautiful and very well done! I am more than pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Brelsen's products to anyone!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a pocket watch for a special birthday gift, it took ten days to arrive and missed the occasion completely. In spite of reaching out for help and advice my messages were ignored. I now need to return the item but to do this you have to contact the company, which is proving impossible. I have submitted three of their contact forms, have sent countless emails and messages via Facebook and Instagram to no avail other than an automated response. The telephone number provided states that their mailbox is full and customer services cannot be contacted by telephone. Absolutely appalling service and it would seem that I am not alone. This company should be avoided at all costs; they are deceiving people into purchasing their not inexpensive products and then abandoning them when they require assistance.

I required a case to protect my new time piece. The Black Vintage Pouch is perfect. Like most leather items designed for this type of use, the time piece was a tight fit. The pouch is beginning to stretch a little like I knew it would. The pouch will fit to a belt or can be carried in a pocket. This accessory is excellent to protect your time piece.
