Easy to order over internet. Very competitive price and friendly service when collected.

Ordering was easy
They called me as soon as it arrived in store service was good staff were helpful and very friendly

Excellent customer service. The click and collect order arrived as scheduled and a member of staff helped find and confirm the arrival of my order when I called.

The ladies were so helpful, professional and cheerful. We needed to match a colour and with their magic machine were able to match it perfectly. Would recommend them for all decorating needs

Website could be a little easier to navigate/search but the availability and price (for quality paint) is fantastic. Click and collect worked perfectly, my order was all ready to go when I arrived

Easy to navigate website, order arrived next day and was advised it was available for collection.

I visited the Alnwick store at 4.55 not realising that they close at 500pm
I needed advice regarding paint colour matching(Farroe and Ball)
The two people iin front of me wanted paint colour mixed
The machine had been switched off (it was 5.00) nothing was too much trouble the machine was switched back on and the paint mixed!!!
I was served at about 5.10

A big shout out to all the other staff - I have been into the store on 5 or 6 occasions and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I needed a specific floor product and had just one day to complete the work required. Rebecca was extremely helpful in locating the product that I required and getting it delivered within hours to the Alnwick branch. The product was perfect, and even better, it was in the sale! Both Rebecca and her colleague were so friendly and helpful as they always are when I visit the Alnwick branch. Thank you so much.

The order which was placed via the Website was not completed on time.
Once the staff at Alnwick got involved, my low opinion of Brewers changed to an excellent opinion. The manager and staff kept me informed of every action they took to resolve the matter.
One happy customer now. The moral of the story is stay local for the highest level of service and an easy life

Super customer service is the norm. An excellent range of products. Ordering online for click and collect is simple.

Ordered on line, showing 2 of the items i wanted to purchase, went to pick up at depot to be informed that they didn't have any in stock and they would get it in after the weekend.
Very disappointed to travel to depot when they could of informed me immediately that it was out of stock. Absolutely fuming but could not vent my feelings because the poor woman that had to inform me I had wasted my time was lovely.
