Good deal all year round . Value for money. You not Disappointed ☹️

I ordered paint online, but unfortunately the wrong colour paint was picked for collection, and I did not realise until I got home with it - some distance away.
I spoke with Josh on the phone, who listened with understanding while I expressed my frustration, and he then came up with a solution that worked for me - to collect the correct paint from a locker at the store out of hours. Anyone can make a mistake, and Josh was exemplary in the way he handled this for me, and gave me a couple of Tesco vouchers for my inconvenience. I would certainly use Brewers in Aylesbury again. Thank you Josh.

I feel compelled to leave a review after ordering Little Greene paint twice in the last week and it being delivered the following day, despite not ordering until 7:30pm. Outstanding!!

Excellent service from Brewers in Aylesbury.
My painter was running out of Graphenstone exterior and only had the next day free to finish painting the house before his next job. Brewers to the rescue with next day delivery to store. Job done! Many thanks.

Very quick and efficient

Excellent service. The paint was prepared very quickly but, because I had made a mistake with my mobile number, I didn’t receive a text to let me know. When I rang to enquire they were very apologetic (even though it turned out to be my fault) and collected tin was really efficient

Aylesbury Store couldn’t have been more helpful. What let down Brewers was their on-line system- they allowed me to make an order on a product the didn’t have in their main depot nor could get from their main supplier, take my money, waste my time on going to the store twice & not sending a text message or SMS

Been using Brewers for a good few years now my local branch in Aylesbury are great, The go Above and beyond to help people I feel for them regarding staff shortages they always seam to be short in staff and doing multiple tasks at the same time to help everyone, would be great to see sone extra full time staff for them.

Tracy and Troy are a great team along with there other staff (I'm not great remembering names but could draw there faces for you lol)

The website is great very easy to use and click and collect function very useful

I was tasked with ordering and collecting paint for our decorator, and I made an error online. Store manager Chris arranged a refund with no fuss, helped me to select some additional products, and then took them all out to my car for me. I didn’t need to tell him that I have long Covid and carrying the paint would have been hard for me - he offered without knowing. I was very grateful, friendly personal service at its best.
