The brewers team are always polite and helpful. They help with deliveries and pick ups, also giving good advise.

Terrible customer service
Had a very bad experience here which having spent thousands of pounds over the last few years was a complete surprise as the staff I dealt with previously were always very good however this experience has stopped me ever wanting to go into any Brewers again I was told I could return a product which I explained in full at the time was a mixed paint product and did not require a refund would but use on other products however and when I did they refused to do it but in such a way that was very intimidating in a shop full of customers and other staff and the person in question totally invaded my space which concerned me greatly regarding Covid regulations, supporting retail businesses during the pandemic has been important for me but this has made me feel that at least on line I would not have to endure this

Just so very helpful at Banbury
Their friendly, detailed and carefully-considered approach to solving my problem of matching a 20-yr-old paint made me wish that all retail experiences could be like this. Absolutely first class.

The paint arrived the following day. Haven't opened it yet as not decorating until next week but so far so good!
