Such a patient & helpful sales assistant. The wallpaper I had chosen online turned out to be unsuitable & refund was hassle free.

Encountered thinly veiled hostility with attitude from the monosyllabic curmudgeon on the counter at Brewer’s Banbury. He should not be allowed in a customer facing role without retraining in customer relationship management.
I have placed my business elsewhere.

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the pricing. While we strive to offer competitive prices, there can be differences depending on the brand, finish, and quality. We also offer in-store price matching, so if you find a lower price elsewhere, please let our team know, and we’ll do our best to match it.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to get in touch at mail@brewers.co.uk.
Kind regard, Shannon.
