Staff are friendly and very helpful to both trades and DIY customers.

Website easy to use, item was shown to be in stock and available for collection or delivery. I opted for collection and received a Phone call within a couple of hours from Brewers to say my order was ready. Very pleased with the price of my item and the helpful communication.

Brewers wood filler useless, applied as instructed outside 16c still not properly set 20 hrs later. Never had a problem with Ronseal. However store is otherwise very good.

Popped into Clacton branch today, nice and early about 07:40, to see which of the Bedec paint they had. No other customers were in there and assistant was at the desk on his phone. I looked around the store, a small area, and found some Bedec paint but not the colour I wanted. I was only a few yards from the assistant but now went and stood in front of him. He was still talking in his phone. I waited for a minute or two but as he was still talking on his phone I said “ Just a quick question “. He then raised his hand in a gesture meaning just hang on, I think. By now I was irritated, so I mumbled something to him and walked out displeased. Screwfix, Toolstation etc don’t treat you like this so next time I won’t bother going into Brewers but will go to one of the fore-mentioned which are just next door.

Just visited Brewers decorator centre in Clacton on sea. Really helpful staff with great knowledge about products took time to give a lot of helpful advice and the best products needed to suit our decorating project. Would recommend this store for all decorating requirements.

Great store and service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. I needed special paint and knew it would be a while before it would come in, however It came in the next day! I was rang (by Mark) straight away to let me know it was in.

What a little gem this store is on the new trade Park in Clacton-on-sea.

Staff are so helpful and take the time to ensure you leave with everything you need purchasing the right product choices.

We had a great service, Ryan looked after our needs for a bedroom carpet.
With various discount, we got a got deal.
Know have to wait for the carpet to arrive and then fitted.

Very easy to order products and decide whether to have them delivered or arrange to collect them myself. Large selection of products and they have such wonderful knowledge of products too. Carol is a credit to this store.
