Very slow to serve i waited at the desk for about 15/20mins. Whilst some staff were busy with customers I saw one who was busy chatting to someone who appeared to be a member of their family?
Not very impressed to be honest

We had a problem with a paint colour. The staff and manager were extremely helpful in resolving the problem and finding a new solution.
I was very impressed with the service.

Easy to buy online and pick up in store with the paint colour already blended. Staff pleasant, polite and helpful with advice.

Item arrived quickly, staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
